They have charged me for services I never received and argued about getting a reimbursement for those charges. The property manager, Katie Bass is extremely argumentative and unprofessional. The assistant manager, Chasidy Crowell will tell you that she would be ok with paying for services she never received and that you more than likely will not get your money back. Katie will also write you a lease violation and then violate that rule herself while on property. She has not only harassed me at home, but at my job as well. They will lie and they have no loyalty to anyone but each other. The sound proofing in your unit is limited so you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The flooring is not even glued correctly so expect your vinyl to peel right up when moving furniture. The gate access is an absolute nightmare and you will constantly get stopped and have to wait to enter your own home because of other people trying to enter with no code. They also like to make false accusations against people and knock on your door with no notice.

I was very surprised one day when I came out of my apartment and found that my window was busted out. I asked the manager to see the video of the parking lot and she said their was no camera in the area where I was parked. So I ended up having to pay for it out of pocket which really irritated me. The cop that lives in the complex was called all she said was oh no he's not going to do anything don't worry about it and laughed it off. I told management about it and that I don't feel safe there any more, all she would say is that he had the right to bear arms, and unless he pointed the gun right at me and said I'm going to shoot you than its not a threat. I said I just want to leave but she won't let me out of my contract said I would lose my deposit and two months rent. Biggest mistake renting here.
