They have charged me for services I never received and argued about getting a reimbursement for those charges. The property manager, Katie Bass is extremely argumentative and unprofessional. The assistant manager, Chasidy Crowell will tell you that she would be ok with paying for services she never received and that you more than likely will not get your money back. Katie will also write you a lease violation and then violate that rule herself while on property. She has not only harassed me at home, but at my job as well. They will lie and they have no loyalty to anyone but each other. The sound proofing in your unit is limited so you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The flooring is not even glued correctly so expect your vinyl to peel right up when moving furniture. The gate access is an absolute nightmare and you will constantly get stopped and have to wait to enter your own home because of other people trying to enter with no code. They also like to make false accusations against people and knock on your door with no notice.

From the pool, dog park; car wash; the gym, and the unit itself is such a beauty but what makes it even better is really the staff team!. LaParis , Alyssa and Chris have been so kind, thoughtful and helpful. I feel like that is who they are at the root of heart. I fell in love with this property at that very moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with such kind words and friendly smiles. I don't know a better place to live at. I honestly don't see myself wanting to leave this place until I get a forever home. The whole team are what I would call ''the dream team'' because they work so well with each other/ solve problems very efficiently and professionally. They've truly been a breath of fresh air! He is very straightforward and thorough in his work. He is able to provide honest and reliable opinions of the work that needs to be done to get the job done correctly. He even took pictures of his work and home inspection corrections that he made to provide as supporting documents to attach to the invoice to provide for the closing process for the house. It is really difficult to find someone as professional in this industry who will provide honest, quality work at such a reasonable price.
