I had to go to the office two days in a row because I was having ongoing issues. The first issue was my key fob not working to get through the gate, and the second issue was the gate code for visitors who don't have a key fob. When I asked for help, MELISSA talked down to me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. At one point, water was clearly coming through my door because they were pressure washing the breezeway. Even though I showed her two pictures that clearly showed the water coming in, she still dismissed it. However, the assistant manager has been phenomenal. She knows how to talk to people respectfully and calmly. Whenever something goes on or there's an issue, she is very helpful and kind, and she actually works to solve the problems.

They do have a website that has the number. They have a club house, pool. The neighborhood isn't complete yet. They have single cottage type homes and multiple level designs with garages. The lots appear to be on the smaller size. However, keep in mind you are in the city. The location is also near Ashley Park, which is good. Not to mention, there is a hotel across the main street. I guess that is good if you have company and for whatever reason you need a hotel . No judgments , we have ALL been there.
