I've had everything either repaired or replaced from new outside windows to kitchen appliances being replaced. The new staff has a refreshing livelihood about them. They get an A plus for trying to residents involved communal activities like weekly food trucks and even line dancing. I fear before long that Faris Residence in Newnan won't be the best kept secret for very long.

I had to go to the office two days in a row because I was having ongoing issues. The first issue was my key fob not working to get through the gate, and the second issue was the gate code for visitors who don't have a key fob. When I asked for help, MELISSA talked down to me and told me I didn't know what I was talking about. At one point, water was clearly coming through my door because they were pressure washing the breezeway. Even though I showed her two pictures that clearly showed the water coming in, she still dismissed it. However, the assistant manager has been phenomenal. She knows how to talk to people respectfully and calmly. Whenever something goes on or there's an issue, she is very helpful and kind, and she actually works to solve the problems.

Bulldozed all the trees and there is no privacy or nature . Okay maybe the most VIP .. In the month of August 2022 I met a lady that was renting out a single house for less than what this apartment was asking for in rent. When the agent from the house couldn't get an answer from the office she went to the next applicant. When I called the office Natasha said to me with an attitude " I didn't tell them 60 days in advance I was moving so they will not be able to give me a reference" sounds crazy to me and told me it was said in the lease. I challenge the answer because I wasn't moving at this point I was just doing an application. I didn't understand why I couldn't get a simple reference. When the agent from the house just wanted to make sure I really was living at this unit. When I couldn't get anywhere with Natasha she hung up on me and had the manager call back. Didn't want to talk to her because she was saying the same ridiculous things Natasha was saying so I hung up on her. Then she called back with a whole attitude that had me storm to the office, at the time I was out of the city. I called the police to meet me there so they wouldn't think I was a threat. When I got to the office the police treated me like I was threat, had me ban from the property. Three days later I get a 30 day notice saying I have to move. When we go to court they told the judge they ended my lease because I was being disorderly to the police. With all that being said they won the judgment. The police? Didn't mention anything about the disagreement we both had on what was really stated in the lease. I couldn't even get my concerns addressed. They charge for pest control but my unit was still infested with roaches! They say the exterminator comes out but I had camera's and never seen them come in. I also can tell because I had a lot of bugs. The toilet was always stopped up. The door was jammed. You can have dogs and the owners was nasty with them. Let the dogs pop anywhere and never groomed them. I had dog hair in my unit that's how much hair was outside of the unit. This complex charge a lot of money on rent but nothing new in the units. They also don't have a maintenance team. The people they have working maintenance do not seem certified. I seen two of them on a golf cart driving away from the complex wondering why so I follow them and they doing drugs. This whole team is a joke and they don't care how they treat people because most of the neighbors tell me not to stress about it, it's just what the apartment complex do. Which is a shame because I am new to the city and didn't know what most of the people in the neighborhood knows. I just hope this review get taken seriously because I'm not afraid to tell this people they running the company wrong. They will not be able to just use everyone and not get called out on it!

Unclear why I have to pay an extra administration fee for the management to simply do the job of renting apartments. That would seem like a cost of running an apartment complex. Office staff has been helpful and generally friendly, but make sure you check for hidden fees before signing up. Apartments are being gradually renovated, and it sounds like they're greatly improved over past years.

They have charged me for services I never received and argued about getting a reimbursement for those charges. The property manager, Katie Bass is extremely argumentative and unprofessional. The assistant manager, Chasidy Crowell will tell you that she would be ok with paying for services she never received and that you more than likely will not get your money back. Katie will also write you a lease violation and then violate that rule herself while on property. She has not only harassed me at home, but at my job as well. They will lie and they have no loyalty to anyone but each other. The sound proofing in your unit is limited so you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The flooring is not even glued correctly so expect your vinyl to peel right up when moving furniture. The gate access is an absolute nightmare and you will constantly get stopped and have to wait to enter your own home because of other people trying to enter with no code. They also like to make false accusations against people and knock on your door with no notice.
