    This is by far the worst agency I've ever dealt with. We saw a home the first nite it was on the…read moremarket & wrote an offer while still there talking to the owners so that we were all on the same page with $$, closing, etc. They wanted to sign right then bc our agent was from First Realty as well, but we were all told it couldn't be done that way bc it has to go back to the listing agent. So we decided, "we as in sellers & buyer" to put for it to be signed b4 6PM the next day. We left feeling great. We found our new home. We needless to say THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. We hadn't heard from our agent at 7 the next night so we called & he told us the offer was not submitted by Jerry Jones. No reason was given to him it was just not submitted to the sellers. So he wrote a 2nd offer & redated. I called the sellers & told them what happened & she said she was going to call Jerry & tell him to submit our offer for them to sign. Our 2nd offer also was not submitted. This time our agent was told by Jerry Jones, " his broker" that he didn't submit bc we were not approved by one of their lenders. That was not on the listing on Zillow or Realtor.com. We actually had another conversation with the sellers telling them what was happening & it seems as they were told if they canceled the contract they could be sued. We did not get the property bc Jerry Jones had his own agenda with his own clients to write a contract & buy the property. Every offer on a property has to be submitted to seller & in no way should it ever not be. After the sell I again talked with the sellers & she said it was THE WORST experience ever & she would never do any kind of business with First Realty bc of Jerry. Even our agent left the company & I learned that others left as well bc of Jerry Jones the Broker. It is unethical business practices & he has no morals whatsoever. We have yet to find another UNICORN. His arrogance & unprofessionalism cost us ours.

    DO NOT RENT FROM FLI PROPERTIES. This last renting…read moreexperience has been the biggest headache. I signed a lease with Spinks and Yates (wonderful company btw) in the summer last year. The last month of my lease FLI took over the property and let us know via text message. (I had rented from them once before and was already aware of the way that company is..) They were very pushy and rude about coming inside my home to take pictures. Then informed us that if someone wanted to view the home (while us and all our belongings were still inside) that we had to let them or we would be charged. We had just bought a house and were about to move so of course there were boxes and what have you everywhere. Who wants a stranger coming into their home while it's a mess? Not to mention that my lease wasn't up and that is not something Spinks and Yates (I'll say it again...the company I signed a lease with!) does. When I moved into the home, it was fairly clean, but was definitely cleaner upon move out. (Yet we were still charged a cleaning fee of over $100) We had also put money into fixing a couple things in the house that the owner would not. A plumber was sent out to the property and was told that the owner was refusing to fix the hot water heater. (And the rent has been raised by $80...) We were then told by FLI that he changed his mind and was going to have it replaced but that "there were people home and refused to open the door" I'm a stay at home mother. We also have 3 cars so either no one was home, or that whole story is bull because no one ever came back over. We also NEVER received a phone call. Then today, the story has changed to 3 times we refused to let anyone in. It's just a way to charge us over $900. Ontop of all of this, they are now claiming that we stole an oven although I have pictures proving that there was no oven upon move-in. I have also sent in proof of the oven that I had purchased. No response. Supposedly the actual owner has receits and claims that he had an oven installed. He never did and we have never had any contact with this man at all. He was asked to give us a call and has not. My thoughts are that he purchased one for himself and most likely gets to pocket my deposit. FLI is claiming that we owe them right at $2,000 when we deep cleaned that house, had to fix things ourselves with our own money, and were forced to purchase our own appliances. $2,000 for a lease that WE DID NOT EVEN SIGN WITH THEM.

As many home owners know , the process is quite overwhelming and as easy as it seem to just throw in the towel , the wait and stress may just be worth it . Candace was quite patient and diligent when helping me search for a home . I never felt rushed or as If I was just another client . I felt that my voice was heard and valued and there was never any pressure . Candace I truly genuinely appreciate and thank you for your service and flexibility with me. Please keep in touch

    I was looking for an agent to sell our condo in Atlanta. I used Yelp for this, and specified that I…read morewant an African American woman to be my agent. Candace was one of the ones who responded. She has a lot of great reviews, and I do not mean to detract from that. I wish her the best, but at the same time, I thought that, in all fairness, I need to tell of my experience. My own take is that she was usually a step slower than others to respond. And while everyone else went to look at the condo before getting back to me, she didn't. Both of these may be on account of the fact that she holds down a different day job. Perhaps she has an assistant or two at her disposal, but I'm skeptical that she would be able to provide the attention that I would have needed. Others who had a good experience with her - good for you. I decided to go a different way.
