They have charged me for services I never received and argued about getting a reimbursement for those charges. The property manager, Katie Bass is extremely argumentative and unprofessional. The assistant manager, Chasidy Crowell will tell you that she would be ok with paying for services she never received and that you more than likely will not get your money back. Katie will also write you a lease violation and then violate that rule herself while on property. She has not only harassed me at home, but at my job as well. They will lie and they have no loyalty to anyone but each other. The sound proofing in your unit is limited so you will hear everything your neighbors are doing. The flooring is not even glued correctly so expect your vinyl to peel right up when moving furniture. The gate access is an absolute nightmare and you will constantly get stopped and have to wait to enter your own home because of other people trying to enter with no code. They also like to make false accusations against people and knock on your door with no notice.

I would like to post a review of Roberts Components from LaGrange Ga. The owners of this company…read moreof whom I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting are VERY nice people. They are helpful people and showed up to my door step one day to inform us that a previous contractor we had hired to build a 48x40 garage with a full living quarters above had ordered the floor and roof trusses from them back in December (6 months ago).... but never paid for them. I want to leave Roberts Components a good rating because they are working with us to try and resolve this problem. But I would like to inform people who are looking for a contractor to build homes or remodel homes or needs roof work.... PLEASE DO NOT HIRE KEVIN EARL MCGHEE / McGhee Construction. He is a rip-off contractor originally from Hogansville Ga he now resides in the LaGrange Ga area. We paid Kevin McGhee approximately 105k in written checks for our garage build that was contracted for a total price of 125k. When our retaining wall cracked one month after it was built we got concerned and called to verify his Alabama Home Builders License only to be told by the state he is NOT licensed to build homes in the state of Alabama and he can not continue the work. I also called and verified at that time he did not hold a Home Builders License for the state of Georgia either.... We had to stop all work with this man and when we asked for a refund of our unused portion of our money approximately 80-85k we were told by Kevin McGhee he had spent all our money on our project and had no money to refund us. However the floor and roof trusses from Roberts Components were NEVER PAID FOR .... totaling approximately $13,000.00. Those were unpaid .... he had the money at the time they were ordered (December 31, 2017) to pay for them but he didn't..... I'm not sure where the money went..... He said to me that my money was out in my yard in the dirt and in the wall. I will attach pictures of the work preformed by Kevin Earl McGhee of LaGrange Ga / McGhee Construction so that you can see what we got for $105,000.00. We had several inspections done and the work he had done for our job totaled approximately 25-30k range.... not $105,000.00. This man has also ripped other people off in the past and even was sued. He has a criminal history and several bankruptcies, he has no assets that we can find and he is very hard to find as he only uses PO boxes for addresses.... I will also include those reviews in this post from locals in LaGrange area....
