My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. Needless to say, I am very impressed by Keith and his customer service / communications and will call on him again for future repairs. Thank you very much !!! Jim Response from the owner 11 minutes ago Jim I want to personally thank you for the review. I also want to thank you for trusting us to repair tha Audi. We welcome you and your family to the ATR family. Keith

ZERO STARS, BEWARE!!! If you want your car to get extremely messed up then take it to Cassidy…read moretires. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years, i had a family member who was a mechanic for years and just recently moved away, and he would always use Cassidy and always recommend the place for me for tire issues. I got a new car about a year ago so it had been some time since I've been to the shop. i took it in last week for a simple tire rotation and balance something that would have costed me just under $100 has turned into a literally nightmare and costing me hundreds. Cassidy tires stripped my lugnut and claimed to me that the car came in that way, well that doesn't make any sense considering we were able to take the tire off by hand the night before and now the next day it's stripped and can't come off? Weird. Took it to another shop which confirmed with us that it seems like Cassidy put the impact gun on too aggressively and it stripped the lugnut... now i wouldn't have an issue if Cassidy would take responsibility for the issue but they refuse to, they want to charge us $175 an hour to fix a lugnut that they messed up... i am really not one to bash a place or leave a negative review but Cassidy tire has made my entire week and last week a living hell considering i had to get a rental car now because im in an out of town wedding this weekend. my car will need well over a hundreds of dollars in repairs to fix Cassidy's mistake, when they easily could have let me know they stripped it and taken responsibility. If you take your car here, enter at your own risk and just know that if they make a mistake they will not fix it. I also wanted to say that this shop is under new management and it's no good. I know for a fact if it was the same old store manager that I've always dealt he would have made it right and fixed the mistake that day. I'm extremely frustrated, upset and stressed from this large financial burden all caused from Cassidy tire.

They didn't pressure me into fixing my cars issues like some repair places do. A true relief. They rather take an amazing approach in my opinion- pricing out what needs to be fixed (prioritizing safety issues) then what you should fix soon and then down the road. Great customer service!

Used to be a Good Service Shop... Now is a $$ shop. Sorry folks but the reason oil drain plugs get…read more"worn out" or "stripped" is two things 1) overtightening from a tech in a hurry or doesn't care 2) cross threading the plug. If properly trained technicians use appropriate tools and sense the drain plug will be fine for life of car. Also, not too long back I was told the front control arm bushings needed to be replaced. This is accurate and a good thing to do. But, I was then told they would need to replace the whole front control arm assembly to do this, and the cost around 900 dollars. Again $$ not service. Front bushings can be replaced easily and cost is around 20 dollars each side. Considering 1 hour labor and costs should be approxiamately 100 dollars total. Would have been willing to pay for that honest service... No need to change out the full front control arms. So... this WAS one of the last strongholds to get honest service. New management with new plans...unfortunate. I am sad to see them go down the drain as with so many other places seeking $$'s rather than to provide honest service. People will pay for service if you don't try to pull the wool over their eyes. Especially when you are trying to do this with someone that knows as much as you do about cars. Heck I LOVE supporting my local business people, and am one myself. Very unfortunate. I usually give a few more times to see if maybe just a bad day for the shop... tried this... But this is seeming to be a norm for this shop now too... Off to shopping again for a trustworthy shop. Good luck folks. I will add that after having to make a phone call and discussion... no agreement. Apparently oil drain plugs wear out between 50 to 100 thousand miles....I disagree...as do many of my other fellow full time mechanics... they DID NOT charge my son for the drain plug. Still the bad news is I will probably now have to change the oil pan in my garage at home.
