Each time I needed service, it takes multiple calls and texts to Tom before he/ one of his installers show up to repair. Usually, it'll take over 2 weeks for someone to come out. Tom will ignore these requests unless you repeatedly contact him about it. Three months after Tom came out to repair the blue strand issue, I am now having the same issue with the same strand, even though the lights were only used once for a holiday after Tom last tried to repair it. Tom initially stated he would come out next week, but never did. I followed up with 2 additional texts asking when he would come out, and did not get a response. It has now been 2+ weeks and my lights are still not operable.
