The pump was repaired and was ready for pickup as promised. The price was less than I expected. Repairs were perfect, no defects. Beats the higher-priced companies who Honda recommends: the least amount of time I had to wait with one of those companies was 8-10 weeks... one said their backlog was probably 12 weeks -- and they're @ 3-star company. Waiting three months (minimum, we were told) means that we'd get our pump back in the middle of August earliest.

Orangewood Avenue, Glendale, Az. I spoke with a person by the name of Dando, which was very polite, once I paid for my engine, I'm told my mechanic would not get it till the following Monday, in which I was not happy about, cause when you pay $2,300.00 for something, you expect it right there and then, so I explained that I was an Independent Care Taker with one of my clients having Seizures and that I would need to file a complaint with corporate Office, unbeknown to me, they went ahead and pulled it, sent it to my mechanic on that Friday, so my vehicle sat all weekend till the following Monday when I called and spoke with a Raul that had knowledge of this situation, but neither Glendale Auto Wrecking or my mechanic gave me a call to let me know it was there. Ohhhh and by the way, because we had to walk to Walmart, my client had a dang seizure that caused him to get treatment there and taken to the hospital, lack of communication is there biggest down fall. After my conversation with Raul, he tells me, aren't you going to say thank you and your sorry! Ughhhhhhh! you all lacked communication, but nice guys.

Price: You do get good prices for the quality of material that you get. It is a little bit on the heavier side but again you get what you paid for and I would be back in a heartbeat. Facility: Well kept clean, they also have a conference room for you to use while you wait or a seating area with the TV. Jeff Wescott Himself: He's exactly who he is on YouTube and he is a great man. The fact that he took a few minutes out of his day to chat with me really goes a long way and I really appreciate that. Thank you, Jeff. Value: Like most shops this is a specialty shop so you will pay for a premium but again you're getting quality and I cannot stress enough again. The customer service is above the rest compared to most shops. You will not be disappointed. PS special shout out to Carlo as he was amazing.

I worked with Gregg via messages, then by phone to get the wheel offset and tires for the look that we wanted (ultimately Method 318s and my specific request Bridgestone AT Ascents for their winter performance) - it's my wife's truck and she wanted an "OEM+" look to handle Truckee conditions in the summer and winter - she clearly stated that a monster truck was a NO. Gregg helped me get this dialed in perfectly - he actually recommended an SL rated AT Ascent for better ride quality and my wife's occasional trail use. I actually drove to Phoenix from San Jose for the install - I wanted the guys that designed it to install it. They did a great job - no tire clearance issues as promised by Gregg.
