Not to mention…read morecompetitive pricing. -------------------- I needed brake pads for my Civic Si quickly (they started to grind, so I stopped driving it) and found ProParts on StopTech's website. I called in with a couple questions about shipping times and ordered online, but then called back when I realized that I forgot to order my stainless lines. I don't remember the name of the guy who helped me but he was really nice, and offered to place the order for me to make sure I got it the next day alongside my pads (since my caliper order was placed about 2 hours prior and had already shipped at this point). He offered me useful advice about brake fluid (sometimes one bottle isn't quite enough apparently, so it may be a good idea to have a second on hand) which was much appreciated. He also gave me some brand advice and told me a little bit more about what to expect from stainless steel brake lines. Definitely a knowledgeable guy (good hire, ProParts. I hope you're able to figure out who he was because I really appreciated his feedback.) I placed my initial order just before noon, and within two hours I had already gotten my shipping notification. That's REALLY fast... Like, beating out Amazon Prime speeds kind of fast. Both orders arrived at my door the next day (although I AM local). I like to give my business to local places whenever possible. Offering turnaround times faster than Prime with more knowledgeable people just makes that really easy on the part of your customers. Textbook shopping experience.

I've been driving the same 97' Buick "Skylark" for 16 yrs and "I" gave "him" the wrong model??? The 2nd time they gave me a fuel pump that my mechanic told me was obviously re-boxed and was missing the O-ring that comes with every new fuel pump, so I ended up having to drive all the way to the store off Peoria Ave/I-10 to replace it. The guy over there confirmed what my mechanic told me, and when I told him which store I got it from, he just rolled his eyes and said, "figures". The 3rd time I didn't buy anything, but the guy "wrote a ticket" for me to pick up at another store because they didn't have everything there. Needless to say I need to re-think my patronage at this place. UPDATE: Against my better judgement, I bought a tranny mount from these guys a couple weeks ago and had my mechanic switch it out, and guess what? IT DIDN'T FIT! It was the "Pronto" brand which I will never buy again (they make a whole line of "cheap" automotive parts). The entire wheel well was torn apart so I had to make a quick decision. We called O'Reilly and they had the "Anchor" brand in stock. I ran down the street and picked it up, matching it up first with the old mount we removed, brought it back and it fit like a glove. Problem solved. In all honesty, it was twice as expensive as the Pronto ($34 compared to $18), but in the end it would have been well worth it with all the time and gas my mechanic and I would have saved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I recently purchased a new Ford Raptor and needed to order a camper shell for my dogs . I reached out to 5 different local shops in the greater Phoenix area and only one yes one business responded to my request. Yep you guessed it Zac from Camper Capital Peoria & Phoenix. He actually informed me that he had them in stock. I was so surprised at their large in stock selection of inventory. Normally you always have to order them and wait 4-6 weeks. So I picked up my new truck and drove immediately to Camper Capital Peoria and was greeted by Mike who offered the same excellent customer service that Zac offered me. The shell was installed and I was on my way in a matter of a hour. To top it off Zac offered me a great deal even cheaper than if I had ordered it from my local camper shell dealers in Prescott AZ. Once it was installed I was back on the road home to Prescott AZ. I sincerely appreciate Zac and Mikes time, consideration and exceptional customer service. They both have an incredible knowledge, integrity and a passion for what they do. It's rare these days to find a custom shop that offers good old fashion quality customer service, quality parts at a very fare prices. We decided to get a locking camper shell for simplicity, security and a touch of style. After ten minutes of online searching, it was obvious my retirement income was not going to afford a new shell, and the used ones online would not fit, were overpriced, or needed time and money I couldn't afford. After a day of searching and finding nothing, we found a listing for Camper Capitol. With a quick call to see if they had anything in stock, Zac found three possibilities. I drove over and in 15 minutes John and his right hand man helped me pick one that fit, looked good, and had a good price: no pressure, no hassles. They washed it, put new seals on it, and helped me out with the final price. Even though it was the end of their day, they didn't skip a step and and made sure the shell was secured and safe. The customer truly is valued here! Save time searching the valley for your shell, start here and you won't regret it.
