Four of us enjoyed meeting up at PhoEdin. Eating outside with a beach vibe was fun. The workers were very pleasant too. The food however was very average. We started off with Vietnamese Coffees. They were not made with enough cream or sweetness. The result was they tasted like a cup of extra strong coffee. Then I ordered a Banh Mi sandwich with tofu. As I said there were 4 of us, & my order was taken last. They brought out the 1st person's order by itself. About 7 minutes later the 2nd person's order came out. 7 minutes later the 3rd order came out. 7 minutes later my order came out. The result was as I began eating, the 1st person was already done. My Banh Mi sandwich was extremely plain tasting & small. It tasted fine, but for good Vietnamese food, my thought is there are many better places nearby.

10/10 loved this walk up food stand with outstanding Vietnamese food. Neatly tucked in downtown Dunedin right on the trail which makes the location a lot of fun! Food had authentic bold flavors that were light and refreshing while out doing activities. Staff was also very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend for anyone in the area.

Okay, this has probably been by far my worst Phở experience ever. It started off looking cute and all, but then realized they don't have an inside. It's just outdoor seating. But it's 58° and rainy out, so I decided to order it to go. Their menu is extremely limited and definitely not authentic. No raw eyeround beef, no tripe. Their beef is only brisket. And apparently the pricing is no meat! So of course I asked for beef and pork belly. But then I get charged $4 for "extra beef". I asked why, they said they charge extra when you order 2 proteins. What?! Your menu doesn't indicate this. I paid $19, yes $19 for a bowl of Phở! The most expensive Phở I've ever had in my life! And I grew up in New York and spent my entire adult life in Boston. The 2 most expensive cities in the country! Phở is supposed to be one of the cheapest and fastest food ever. Check out how much meat actually came in my order. And look at this dinky container of soup that came with! Never in my life have I spent over $15-20 for Phở and usually a drink, and sometimes even a dessert before taxes and tip. Total for everything was $32 AND it wasn't even that good! I could have gotten a steak entree elsewhere instead. This place definitely caters to all the non-Asians that don't know any better in Dunedin. This was definitely a one and done for me. Good bye! Next!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience eating at PhoEdin. The girl taking my order was so polite and kind. The outdoor seating area is adorable and has big tables for big parties! When the owner brought out my Pho soup, she was so welcoming , it made me feel like I was at home! My pork belly pho was absolutely delicious and the portion size was great for the price! I will definitely be taking the drive down to Dunedin to come eat here again.

I ordered pho and summer rolls through Uber eats and it was excellent! The summer rolls were very fresh and the peanut sauce was nicely done. The steak for the pho was already cooked, but very tender!

One of the best banh mi I have had. I got the pork and it was so good that we wanted to go back the following day and have it again. Highly recommend it.

This was my 2nd visit and am so excited to share this little gem of a place! Fresh-est of food and absolutely delicious. Had to go there twice to make sure it REALLY was that delicious consistently!! Their Pho noodle bowl comes with so much food I have to put it all in a vintage round pyrex bowl to make room for everything. And the chili paste that comes with the soup is super tasty. Spring rolls are light and crispy. My new "go to" for Friday night take-out :)

I went by myself because I knew that it was Dino themed, which I am such a geek about and didn't want to hold up any of my family and friends while I just stared and took the tons of photos I knew I was going to take. Aside from loving the theme, you just have to be in awe of the amazing artwork, skill, patience, creativity, etc it takes to make any of these designs. Like I said, I have been there over the course of several years and honestly, I don't know why I don't make it an annual event to visit. It will never be the same and is reasonably priced. You also don't have people rushing you along to allow for more people to enter. If you feel you do, that is something you allow to happen as I have never felt, seen or heard anything like that. I love hearing people, young or old come in and gasp at the sights and the joy it brings to people while amazing them. To me, this is something that wows everyone, and brings smiles more so to the adults as they understand what it all takes to complete. They always have a sand sculptor present and working so that people can see what goes into the process. They also have a section dedicated to junior or aspiring professional sculptors to showcase their work, which you can vote on by putting in a donation in their boxes to help with their costs (and maybe decide the winner). Even those are wonderful but generally don't match the rest of the theme. 1000% advise anyone in the area during this festival to visit, it is well worth it.

It's a small outdoor market held Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in downtown Dunedin. Since I arrived right at opening, it was pretty quiet, which made it nice to walk around and browse the vendors. The market itself is on the smaller side, but it has a really charming feel and fits perfectly with Dunedin's quaint, walkable small-town vibe. The community atmosphere felt very friendly, and there were a variety of vendors selling food, local goods, and other items. I only had time for a quick visit this time but still ended up picking up a few things. Next time I plan to stay longer, try some of the food vendors, and explore more of the booths. I'll definitely be back and will update my review after a longer visit.
