If I could thrown 10 stars on this review I would. At first glance you kind of skim past this place because it's very loud on the outside with lots of colors and things going on. The menu was simple but vast, I enjoyed the variety of things I could get. Though it wasn't cheap I would say it wasn't the most expensive ive had either. But the food, omg was unreal. the owner was so fun, greeting us and telling us about the place when we sat down. She really emphasized how they make all of their products fresh, never frozen and she was really prideful on that. Four of us enjoyed meeting up at PhoEdin. Eating outside with a beach vibe was fun. The workers were very pleasant too. The food however was very average. We started off with Vietnamese Coffees. They were not made with enough cream or sweetness. The result was they tasted like a cup of extra strong coffee. Then I ordered a Banh Mi sandwich with tofu. As I said there were 4 of us, & my order was taken last. They brought out the 1st person's order by itself. About 7 minutes later the 2nd person's order came out. 7 minutes later the 3rd order came out. 7 minutes later my order came out. The result was as I began eating, the 1st person was already done. My Banh Mi sandwich was extremely plain tasting & small. It tasted fine, but for good Vietnamese food, my thought is there are many better places nearby. read more

10/10 loved this walk up food stand with outstanding Vietnamese food. Neatly tucked in downtown Dunedin right on the trail which makes the location a lot of fun! Okay, this has probably been by far my worst Phở experience ever. It started off looking cute and all, but then realized they don't have an inside. It's just outdoor seating. But it's 58° and rainy out, so I decided to order it to go. Their menu is extremely limited and definitely not authentic. No raw eyeround beef, no tripe. Their beef is only brisket. And apparently the pricing is no meat! So of course I asked for beef and pork belly. But then I get charged $4 for "extra beef". I asked why, they said they charge extra when you order 2 proteins. What?! Your menu doesn't indicate this. I paid $19, yes $19 for a bowl of Phở! The most expensive Phở I've ever had in my life! And I grew up in New York and spent my entire adult life in Boston. The 2 most expensive cities in the country! Phở is supposed to be one of the cheapest and fastest food ever. Check out how much meat actually came in my order. And look at this dinky container of soup that came with! Never in my life have I spent over $15-20 for Phở and usually a drink, and sometimes even a dessert before taxes and tip. Total for everything was $32 AND it wasn't even that good! I could have gotten a steak entree elsewhere instead. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience eating at PhoEdin. The girl taking my order was so polite and kind. The outdoor seating area is adorable and has big tables for big parties! Best pho in Pinellas County!! The broth in amazing and ingredients are super fresh. Also the summer rolls are great especially the peanut sauce!!! This was my 2nd visit and am so excited to share this little gem of a place! Fresh-est of food and absolutely delicious. Had to go there twice to make sure it REALLY was that delicious consistently!! Cheap but not fast. Ordered a Thai tea and gyoza. Was told to take a seat and it would come out. After about 20 min, we went to the window and our food was just sitting on top of the counter with the person saying "oh yeah" as if she forgot about us. Gyoza was good but thai tea was frozen which I did not know based on the menu. I was craving Vietnamese food and this was really the only one open so I gave it a shot. Pros: helped cravings Cons: too pricey for a summer roll that was just a regular size for $2.50. Usually you get at least 2 for $3. I read all these reviews and they said these were big, there were not and very basic (I ordered shrimp and it was 3 small pieces of shrimp- so about 1.5 shrimp for the whole roll bc the shrimp is sliced in half, lettuce, carrot and vermicelli) The noodle bowl was ok- sauce wise, it was pretty basic again but not authentic (needs lime wedge since the sauce was pretty blah) Don't expect any sort of customer service or getting your request right. read more

Ordered 2 Snow Taro bubble teas, they came out tasting like water and got charged an extra $1 to make it a snow which wasnt even a slushy! And the bubba tasted old as hell! Horrible! Told them I want a refund for them... so we will see if they actually give me a refund. We ordered two Pho bowls, Bao, and Vegie egg rolls. Nothing too out of ordinary. It took them 1hr and 15 min to get us our food. It was rough waiting that long with three small children. There were only 4 customers at the joint. The kids working the place have the reason that they were super busy. Either they were busy and the place is poorly managed or they were twiddling their thumbs. I wouldn't go there unless you have oodles of time to kill. Food is good though. read more

I stopped here on a whim and wasn't disappointed. I have eaten a lot of Pho in my life and have lived in California and NYC. Their pho would stand up to any I've had. The broth was rich and flavourful, full of spices and not greasy. Sprouts, basil, etc were all fresh and crisp. I had it with shrimp which made it lighter and lovely. Came here after the jackass bartender at a "social club" in Dunedin wouldn't let is walk the 6' from door to bar without a mask. Lmao. The food here was great. Had the noodle soup and lettuce wraps.
