Best pho hands down ever! The pork cracklings sends the Pho experience over the edge and the broth OMG perfection. Egg rolls are great as well but don't be fooled by the size these rolls are huge. Great find for Vietnamese in the Green Bay area of all places! Upon entering, you order at the counter. Grab a number and then take a seat. Definitely like the no frills vibe of the place. There aren't a lot of tables and they have a lot of traffic, so if you aren't actually dining (just waiting for your order), the staff may ask you to free up the table for a dine in customer. We ordered beef pho, combination pho, a spicy ramen, bubble tea, and the spring rolls. They said it would be a 30 minute wait for the food (we came during the lunch rush), but it actually came out in about 20 minutes. The pho had generous servings of noodles inside, and the spring rolls were delicious. I didn't taste the bubble tea, but I got the 'OK' from the kids and they were not willing to share it. read more

The service was good, they were quite busy but still accommodated our requests quickly. It's a small place to dine but just enough space to eat and enjoy. Place was loaded on a Friday evening. Ordered our food and sat down at a table for 2. Within 11 minutes we had our appetizer (2 eggrolls with chicken) which were really good. Sauce we asked for was mildly spicy, but it accented the rolls well. 29 minutes for my Wife's dish which was simple fried rice, and 22 minutes for mine. I had the fried ramen. Yes. I received mine first and had to wait another 7 minutes for hers to arrive to the table. Not kosher. Atmosphere was nice, kind of cozy, food was sub-par as the pork belly I received was like pork jerky and inedible. But the table service when food comes out? Needs a revision. I get "hot and fresh", but even if you have a minimum of 2 guests, you should be able to complete two dishes so folks can eat together. read more

Wow. Wow. This is such a great a random find. The space isn't big, barely enough to walk through comfortably if people are at all tables. There's probably only space for 15 people. Our order came pretty quick. We got the ramen - 1 chicken and 1 pork belly. Both were great, big, and only $10.25. The egg was cooked great and overall had a ton of cilantro. The pork belly was cooked so the fat so flavorful and tender but didn't taste like eating the hard or gelatin fat ends of meat. The service was easy. The menu is easy to read; there's a lot of options but not pages and pages. It appears to be a family restaurant. This place was surprisingly delightful. The staff was professional and courteous. The prices to be expected but not outrageous. Ordered all at once at the front and then dishes came out one by one. Wished the appetizer spring rolls came out first, was the last dish to arrive. Forgot to take picture. The shrimp and meat were too thin in those rolls, not equatable to the noodle/veggie ratio. Still delicious though, the sauce was also great. Haven't been to a place with actually peanut sauce to mix with hoisin sauce. Didn't come with crushed peanuts but that's okay. Pork belly was the best dish, almost ordered a second one to take home. Pho broth could have been much hotter, but the flavor of that first sip was definitely delicious. Came with only one lime but it was the biggest and juiciest lime so didn't have to ask for a second one. Overall, I would come by to try a second time. read more

This is a cozy family run restaurant with only a few tables in downtown Greenbay. So, even when it was not a busy day (the Packers football team was playing), we still had to wait for a table. The service was counter/table service. One would order at the counter and take a number. A server (also the counter cashier) would deliver the food to the table based on the number given. One could get water from a filter water dispensing jar. As for the food, we ordered a tofu fried rice and a seafood fried noodles. Flavor was there and ingredients were OK, but they were unfortunately too greasy for our taste. 3.5 stars. Our group stopped by this pho place before the Packers game. They open on Sunday, which is very nice. We had their spring rolls beef Pho, pork belly rice, and red curry dish. The spring rolls were tasty, their pho a bit too salty and the beef was cut along the muscle not against it (cooking 101), the pork belly rice was the weakest dish. The pork belly rice was literally only a bowl of rice, and pieces of pork belly. All Asians know that is never the way we eat. At least there should be a few pieces of vegetables, or a little sides. I guess in Green Bay Wisconsin this is good enough. Could be better tho, definitely could. read more

We love to get the crepes (banana / strawberry combo for me please) and some boba tea for the kids. I always get a fresh squeezed lemonade. Great Pho, especially the oxtail. Interestingly Ive seen oxtail used in preparation of the broth but never in the actual dish or bowl. It's tender meat and fat elevated this to new heights. The broth was light and packed with beefy flavor but not so overpowering that the other flavors of cinnamon and star anise were drowned out. The other pho soups were also noteworthy. The restaurant is Vietnamese centric so stick with those dishes. The ramen noodles, I suspect they used store bought, looked and tasted like those hard wavy noodles in a package of Sapporo ichiban. The tonkotsu broth was way off on the flavor, they need to spend more time with developing its flavor, which would hardly matter given the poor quality of their noodles. Still more to dislike, the pork belly were little bites of hard over cooked meat, almost like chicharron. Yeah just forget the ramen and stick with the pho. The pad Thai was way too heavy with the fish sauce, and this could have been a one off, but that made it unpalatable. I ordered to go, took forever to get them to answer. Finally I spoke to someone, and they prefaced the order with, "due to the high volume, yada, yada, yada, expect 30 minutes, blah, blah. Fine it takes me 25 minutes to get there. Alas it took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete my order. Epic pho, maybe a long wait but worth it. Don't get the ramen. read more

During the time of COVID, we opted for take out. With that being said, a bit about this place... The place is a little store front with limited seating, cozy, bright, and helpful staff. It's a mix of many Asian cuisines from Thai, Vietnamese, Hmong, Japanese, Americanized Chinese, etc I ordered the pad thai with tofu to go. Portions were insane, I had leftovers that feed two people the next day. It was delicious but not the pad thai I'm used to; It was the sauce, it was missing something but still worth getting. We ordered spring rolls, these were huge stuffed rolls, everyone has their own version of spring rolls and these are up there, in my opinion... Get them! My partner ordered the ramen noodle dish NOT the soup with pork belly and tofu. From what I gathered (he cleaned his plate) it was worth the wait. It's worth another trip going back for that ramen dish and to also try the crispy pork belly over rice. Leads me to this, why I didn't order the pho. Although the large bowls looked familiar, it didn't interest me ONLY because I'm used to plethora of pho places in lil Saigon neighborhood of Chicago, were I lived, so my standards are extremely high. It's like this, would you go to a Mexican restaurant with chicken nuggets or hamburger in the menu? I'm sure it amazing and looks delicious but I'll wait till I'm back home in Chicago. Menu is a great mix for the area and I'm glad we stumbled upon here since moving here temporarily from Chicago. I went into this place, assuming it was an authentic Vietnamese restaurant because it used the word "Pho" in its name. It was anything but authentic Vietnamese cuisine, it was Hmong which is not the reason why I am writing this review. I am writing this review because I feel disappointed and a little offended because I am Vietnamese and while I was there, there were a lot of non-Vietnamese people eating what they thought was authentic Vietnamese Pho. We do not put peanut butter in pho nor sugar. All I'm saying is to change the name if you're not going to make authentic Vietnamese cuisine, take out the word "pho" if you are not going to make real Vietnamese cuisine. read more

It was really good. I was pleasantly surprised with this place as on the outside it looks pretty nondescript. I got the beef pho and added pork belly. We also got an order of crab ragoons to share. Those ragoons were huge when they came and just super stuffed with filling. I could eat a lot of those. The pho came and that broth has insane depth to it. It really makes the pho extra special. It had a ton of noodles in it could have had less of that but the rest of the pho was well prepared. It was a really large bowl glad I only got a medium. I did add some of the condiments off the table to add some heat to my dish. My husband got a large and we had enough left overs off that for the next day. His oxtail pho was my favorite. I will get that one in the future. A simple restaurant that does things really well. read more
