On a chilly weeknight this was a great stop for ramen. If you are visiting Green Bay this small eatery will not disappoint. You order at the counter and they bring your food out. We had the pork egg rolls and volcano ramen and tonkatsu ramen. Everything was tasty and the ramen warmed up our insides- particularly the volcano. They did a great job refilling our waters and they were quite busy for a chilly weeknight. They have pho also- and if the ramen is any indication- I imagine the pho is quite good too. read more

Cool find in de Pere. Surprising to have this here. Overall, pretty good considering. Spring rolls were freshly made, packed with lots. Flavors were good. Pho was interesting as it did not have all the typical meats but unique. Shrimp was questionable but didn't hate it. Broth was clean and not overly sweet or salty. Self seating, street parking. I've been going to eat30 since they opened & it's hands down my favorite ramen spot in Green Bay.

Had the tomyum soup. Not authentic, for sure. Lots of noodles (to me, tasted like packaged Top Ramen), three small cold boiled peeled shrimps, an egg, and about 1-2 T corn kernels and scallions. Saw this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try. Thankfully the parking is free for 3 hours. I had hard time finding this place, they have a sign on the awning, but no sign on the window. But I managed to find it. I walked in to an empty restaurant, ordered the following (order and pay at the counter and you can seat yourself). - spring rolls - iced Thai coffee - tonkotsu ramen with extra chashu Spring rolls were decent. The peanut sauce was bit watery to me, but it was still good. I wish they would have added crushed peanuts. Not sure if they had Sriracha sauce in the back, but would recommend adding some to the sauce. Iced Thai coffee, I never had it before so can't say much other then it was sweet. Tonkotsu ramen - was disappointed with their broth for two reasons. First, I was expecting a white bone marrow broth, but here their broth is brown. I can go with that, the broth color can change as they add seasonings, such as soy sauce, etc. However, the second issue was the seasoning, the broth was very bland. The other issue I had with this dish is their chashu. The Chashu was so over cooked, that I had hard time picking it up, it just fell apart. I know they are new, hope they work on the seasoning department and improve the flavors of the broth. read more

Another hidden gem discovered in the De Pere area. I have been searching for a Ramen noodle experience similar to the one I enjoyed in Chicago and I have now found it. If there were one word that was some up this eatery it would be "excellence." The inside is clean and bright. The service was great. The food was, in my opinion, off the charts. We had the R1 Tonkotsu, R6 Spicy, and R7 Volcano plus Spring rolls and spicy papaya salad. The broth was porky and creamy, just the right amount of space. Service was timely and friendly. We ordered online and paid for delivery. We live 11 minutes away from Eat30. After 1.5 hours I called to ask where our food was. I was told it just left the facility 10 minutes earlier and would be at my house shortly. 45 minutes later my wife got a call that our food was still sitting at the facility for over an hour, and had never been in the hands of a driver. Bottom line: We got no dinner and were left hanging at 7.08pm with little more than a snotty apology. Also, we were clearly lied to by the staff. Zero stars earned out of 5, and I will slam this place to everyone I talk to for the rest of time. The owner should fire his staff immediately, close the doors, and find something other to do than sell food. Worst.Service.Ever. Avoid at all costs. Go visit Plias instead. Friend told me that this had opened up, so I've tried it twice now. I've had the spicy Ramen and the Pad Thai. I'd say both are excellent. I got the spicy Ramen at the fire level, haven't tried the ghost level yet. They also have Boba tea, some appetizers, fried rice, etc. Great little place, I'm glad they opened. They both were superbly fragrant and slurpy! Would definitely be back again! When my husband and I are in the town, this is our go-to place for Ramen. :) My only concern is that they do not update the store timings/closures anywhere on the website. I went there a couple of times and found a note stuck on the door saying they were closed for the week. As someone who went all the way to that side of the city only for ramen, it was disappointing. In the pho there were literally only 3 pieces of meat and 2 shrimp, for 11.50, I'd expect a little more pizazz in my bowl. The ramen soup was great and fresh. This review is long overdue. I love this place and I'm very happy they are still thriving. I usually get Pad Thai with tofu or the pho. It's always excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I noticed also today, they have a 'masks encouraged' sign on their door, the staff are masked and they even have free masks for you. This warms my heart as someone who cares about our community and stopping the spread of Covid. These actions speak volumes about Eat30's care for its patrons and community. I have eaten here two times now and each time was just outstanding. First time I got the Thai iced tea, burger egg roll and steamed pork rolls. The tea was really well made and refreshing. They offer some really interesting egg rolls that the burger one I liked and the sauce it paired with. It was freaky how it tasted like an actual burger. The pork rolls stole the show though they were packed full of meat and the spicy sauce it was paired with was a delight. Today I got the curry ramen and if you do not order that you are missing out people. Due to COVID-19 and being high risk I need to order carry out and look at my pictures. The carry out was beautifully and carefully packaged. The egg, the rich curry broth and the perfectly cooked noodles have me drooling again thinking about it. When I got it home it was all still really hot too which is impressive I live on the west side of Green Bay.
