Alright now that you've experienced the lows of those terrible puns we can appropriately contrast with the highs of this excellent meal. Everything we got was made exceptionally. The beef noodles were really good. The noodles are great. I slurped them down quite quickly. They were both savory and spicy. My friend who got the shrimp pho said it was, well un-pho-gettable. The vibes, the spirit, and the soul are all there. My other friend got the sated beef with fried rice. It was a bit salty but he loved that about Vietnamese cuisine! The service was also great. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in Vietnemise food!

I liked the flavor of the broth at Pho Mai better, but the toppings were better at SG's. Instead of beef shank, Pho Mai used rare beef steak (typically used for rare stead pho). Overall the flavors for both dishes were well done. If they'd just put a little more effort in putting in more toppings (especially for the BBH as it always come with multiple proteins aside from beef slices) it would take this restaurant to another level. Prices are standard. Interior is cozy but undistinguished.
