Quality ingredients are used and the customer service is splendid! The inside of the restaurant isn't much to look at, but the food makes up for that.

1. Vietnamese Spring Rolls, 3. Vietnamese Crispy Rolls

This is the saddest excuse of a Vietnamese restaurant I have ever been to. It's frankly dishonest to call it Vietnamese. We got the spring rolls and the egg rolls and the peanut sauce and nuoc mam that accompanied them were not authentic. The peanut sauce was straight peanut sauce, and the 'nuoc mam' tastes like a mixer of vinegar, franks hot sauce, and water. Safe to say I will not be returning to this location. The location on Two Notch is the only pho viet I will be visiting.

Smh. Another sad dining experience. Joel said- we should have known when we walked in, and the place was empty, lol. We ordered some of our favorite Vietnamese dishes, but they completely missed the mark on both dishes: Our pork was extremely dry. I sent mine back, but when they brought a new side order- it had no flavor. I also discovered that my Noodle bowl was just full of lettuce. I ate 3 bites and left it, even though we paid for it. Joel was just upset about his dish. It just didn't have any flavor, which is against the rules in vietnamese cooking. Columbia, I'm new to the area, and I need you all to help me out- or I'm only going to be eating in my kitchen!!

As a Californian, the pho here was surprisingly delicious! I always love a good bowl of pho during the colder season so I'm glad the taste was better than I had expected. The Thai tea tasted so good too! The service was great and I appreciate they were able to serve the food at a timely manner! I enjoyed this location!

Pho Dac Biet ; homemade chili nucmam (fish sauce) My survival and happiness in Columbia may hinge on this joint's existence. It's really above average and makes me feel like I'm back in the 408.

side garnishes

The service was great but I wouldn't recommend this place for the price you pay! I got pho and spring rolls. The broth was good however nothing to rave about and they barely gave me any meat and they are skimpy on the garnishes that you add to the pho(they only gave me one slice of the lime and the bean sprouts were slimy and brown). As for the spring rolls they added way too much noodle and again skimped out on the other ingredients. I've been to this place multiple times in 2018-2019 and it was not like this before. Maybe it was a bad day but I paid too much for the quality of food I got.

Veggie fried rice w/ Sriracha sauce. Strawberry Boba tea

I had lunch here yesterday with a friend and was really delish food! She ordered the chicken soup and wow the bowl was huge! I ordered veggie fried rice and topped it with Srirachi sauce. Was yummy not greasy. Service expedient and helpful! Ryan was our server and he was on time! Ambience was quiet and Vietnamese! Nice!

Peanut sauce

The peanut sauce was thick and dark brown with little flavor other than peanut butter. Pho broth was not aromatic, just tasted like chicken broth. Vermicelli rice bowl did not come with any of Cham sauce. Servers were very sweet and attentive but food was very meh.

Vietnamese crispy rolls, taro slush, & thai tea.

Me and my hubby came in for dinner. It wasn't very crowded with only several tables occupied. We had vietnamese crispy rolls, beef pho with extra meat and beef balls, pork bbq with fried rice, taro slush, & thai tea. They were okay :)

I went to pho viet for lunch and ordered the beef pho with rare steak and extra beef balls. The service was pretty fast, and the portions are big. The beef balls were a little rubbery but still tasted good. I ate the raw jalapeños that came on the side and accidentally got some on my lips. I did not think I would survive, but somehow I soldiered on to finish my huge helping of pho. The interior of this place is casual if not a tiny bit divey. It seems clean, though, and doesn't detract from the overall experience. I will definitely be going back to pho viet. Good pho is hard to find around here!

Pho Dac Biet really nice broth.

Food and service were good. I enjoyed the broth and all around was a solid meal. I had the dac biet and spring rolls.

Every pho place I go to I tend to get the "House special" or whatever they call it. Sometimes they're iffy and sometimes it turns out good, this is one of the good ones! Everything I've had here has been pretty good! The only thing that wasn't was that the limes and other veggies my friend got were mushy and the limes had clearly gone bad. Other than that everything was good! You always get seated fast and everyone seems to know what they're there for! Good for hangovers!

Very tasty. Easy to order to go. They've redone the table set up inside and it's more open now.

Really good food. Service could be better. They did not bring all the food at once and forgot my son's order all together.

Surprisingly good! I would rate 4.5 stars!…read more We ordered a little bit of everything and loved it all! Hubby got the combo bahn mi and he really liked it...unlike other Vietnamese places we've been to (which is a lot btw) this one packs your sandwich full of yummy meat and vegetables. I usually don't care for the combo bahn mi but I was impressed with this one. I got the vermicelli with grilled pork with egg rolls on the side. It was packed beautifully and tasted very fresh when all the ingredients were in together. They said they could use ingredients from the sandwich options as a noodle bowl so I really want to try a korean inspired one next time (Vietnamese-Korean fusion) - eyeing the bugolgi with hints of kimchi. We also tried the fresh spring rolls and they were huge! I really like them with the grilled pork and shrimp - highly recommended! probably my favorite from all the places I have tried. We also ordered pho wings since I was very intrigued by the uniqueness of this but unfortunately we just got regular wings...they probably forgot to do the toppings since I ordered so many items...that's the reason for 4.5 star vs 5 (if we couod have given half stars). Lastly we also ordered the white chocolate almond bread pudding and it was delicious- love the flavor combination! I Also got the strawberry shortcake bread pudding that was a special but I enjoyed the other a little more. The location is a little inconspicuous but very clean and a guide hangout spot. Met the cook who is super nice and the cashier was very helpful with recommendations. Try it!!!

The employees are kind and service is relatively quick. We tried a couple different banh mis, a grilled pork noodle bowl, and fries. The crack Cajun fries have an interesting orange topping that's an acquired taste I have yet to acquire. Overall, the food is good but on the pricier end for what you're getting.

After browsing their menu online, I called in a to-go order and headed over. The restaurant wasn't too busy when I arrived, which made for a smooth pickup experience. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, and multiple people checked to make sure I had been helped while I waited for my food. The dining area was clean, spacious, and had a relaxed atmosphere that made me wish I had more time to dine in. Their menu is packed with options, pho, traditional Vietnamese dishes, seafood, vegetarian choices, honestly, narrowing it down was the hardest part of the visit. I was looking for something lighter without a mountain of noodles or rice, so I ordered the Seafood Stir Fry. This was easily one of the freshest and most flavorful Vietnamese meals I've had in a long time. The bowl was loaded with crisp vegetables and plenty of seafood, all perfectly seasoned and cooked. It came with rice on the side, but the portion was so generous and satisfying that I barely touched it. The prices were reasonable, the portions were large, and the service was excellent from start to finish. If you're in the Augusta area and craving flavorful, fresh Vietnamese food, Pho Viet Augusta absolutely deserves a spot on your restaurant list.

It was really easy to order. No problem, a lot of people were there. But they were eating in. There were so many choices on the menu, but eventually, I wanted to try the Mongolian beef stir fry, the hot Green Tea, and the sesame balls and I can tell you it's an excellent combination, but the sesame bowls are more of an acquired taste for me. Hopefully 1 day I'll be able to enjoy it fully once I get around this sesame seeds. But overall, I highly recommend this place entirely.
