Solid lemon grass chili bowl! I really like the seasoning on the chicken but the rice that came with it was a little old. Served with lettuce and tomato - which is a little odd. I give it points for flavor but wish it came with the carrot/radish mix that is typically in vermicelli bowls. The pho broth is light - but tasty. I prefer a more seasoned broth but isn't bad. Also not much meat in here. Overall not bad but not great. read more

Stopped in for pho but it was really hot so I ordered the vermicelli plate with charbroiled beef. Zero regrets! Added an egg roll because they were out of lumpia. Washed it down with an iced Vietnamese coffee. My husband had curry chicken with rice. He enjoyed it, too. This location is convient for me but the original location seems to have a larger menu. (Unless it's changed, it's been a while since I've been there.) I've never had to wait long for service or food here. The inside is very modern and clean without feeling sterile. read more

If you enjoy being invisible, this is your place. We were seated right by the hostess stand, so you'd think we'd be hard to miss but apparently not. No greeting, no water, no "we'll be right with you." Just servers walking past us like we were part of the furniture. After waiting far too long, we walked out... and shocker, nobody noticed. Safe to say we won't be back. read more

I'm very disappointed. I gave this place another chance after stopping before due to slimy chicken that went bad fast. Today around 2:30 p.m., my to-go order was changed without telling me -- I received white rice instead of fried rice. When I asked about it, the manager (who was also the cook) made me wait 10-15 minutes while she reviewed past orders to investigate which employees had been making substitutions, instead of addressing my order. In the end, I was told it couldn't be substituted and was asked to pay full price instead of a side, doubling the cost of a single plate. The host was polite and professional, but the manager/cook showed very poor customer service. Unfortunately, they lost a regular customer. read more

This restaurant used to be so good in all aspects. Food, service, hospitality. But recently it has gone down hill... how do waitresses write everything down and still get our order wrong? i get mistakes can happen but for us to tell you that it's not what i ordered and you double down that it is was messed up. we asked for shrimp spring rolls & they brought out pork spring rolls out, then asked for tre bien combo and they bring out a sampler. MIND YOU we have been to this place a MILLION times to the point where we don't need the menu anymore & everytime we go it just keeps going downhill. They also never have lumpia anymore which is a staple for this restaurant. servers are rude and one of them even slammed their notebook check thing down. Do better management!!! read more

Recommended by a friend, had dinner from here on Thursday, went back for lunch on Friday. Charbroiled beef with vermicelli for dinner. Pork and rice and half a sandwich on Friday. Great service, our waitress was very attentive. read more

Pho Tre Bien always bri ginger that flavor. Wife had the beef Bahn mi and I ordered the pork Bahn mi. We also ordered the grilled pork spring rolls, they come in a rice paper wrapper, filled with vermicelli, lettuce, mint, shredded carrot, and that delicious grilled pork, served with Thai peanut sauce, always so tasty, don't leave without ordering a Boba, my fave is the Taro. read more

It will still remain at this one star. If I could give it no stars that would be better!! I was contacted by who I thought was the manager there about how she is sorry for everything that we experienced here and that she is will to give me a full refund on my order. So I suggested that instead of a refund can they just remake our order instead. She said okay on that and to text her when we are ready to reorder our food. Well a week went by and my husband and I decided to go and get our replacement order. I texted her that I would like to order it for today. Didn't get a response. So I called the restaurant. When I asked for that "manager" the person who answered the phone pretended to be her. Once I started talking about our previous conversation she tells me oh hold on I'll get her. First of all don't pretend that you are the "manager"!!! Very unprofessional!! Talked to the "manager" and she said okay I'll text you back confirming your order. Then she tells me okay my order was placed and will be ready shortly and there will be a discount on my total?!?!? What happened to my credit. Well apparently she said her management said I can only get a discount! After she stated on the text about getting credit!! Moving forward we will not be going back to this establishment ever!!! read more

Great pho! The service was good and the food was great, their desserts are also very delicious!

I ordered my food over the phone, showed up for pick up and the order was never placed. Double checked the number and the location all was good. Asked to speak to a manager and the bartender told me the manager was too busy sitting in his office to talk to me . I was going to give some constructive criticism. Guess he was too busy in his office. Never order for food for pick up here!!!!! read more

Ordered a thai tea boba which lacked the tea part lol. Next was the lunch special that comes with a small pho (extra for ur choice of meat) and half a traditional banh mi. My brother and I agreed that the broth was tasty albeit a tad salty and the generous noodles overcrowded the broth. What surprised me was the pho fixings I was presented with- cabbage! No basil and no bean sprouts. Maybe it is an El Paso thing. For 5 people, lunch came out to be $80 pretty not cheap. read more

I have to start by saying that the service here was absolutely amazing Ashley deserves a 5 stars on her own. She was very attentive and anticipated our every needs. Now the food was also well prepared especially their Spring rolls and their Vietnamese egg rolls. I love their Bún bò Huế or bún bò which is a Vietnamese rice noodle (bún) dish with sliced spicy beef (bò), chả lụa, and sometimes pork knuckles. The dish originates from Huế, a city in central Vietnam associated with the cooking style of the former royal court. The dish has a mix of spicy, salty, and savory flavors with a delicious Pho aromatic broth. The predominant flavor is that of lemongrass, star anise, and ginger simmer for 12 hours. It may not be quick, but it's certainly delicious. The flavorful broth is ladled over well cooked rice noodle and spicy oil. The decor is reminiscent of old Saigon with a French bistro tone. There is a lot to love here. read more

I've been here before and had a nice experience. This time, the menu was dirty, the bathroom is disgusting, the food was old looking, flavorless and down right cold. I will NOT be returning. With as many options as there are, I don't need to go through that again. Just GROSS. read more

This place is usually really good but the quality of the food has gone down in a matter of weeks. I ordered the spring rolls with shrimp and pork, they had a very small amount of noodles as you can see from the picture. And now the pork is a small piece of pork unlike before. The pork also had a very strange taste to it. I have been debating finding a new pho place and after yesterday's visit I definitely will. read more

Came by today for a late lunch. I love their decor inside. It has a very modern yet home kind of feel to me. I ordered a margarita to drink and it was honestly very heavy on the mixed side. I didn't finish it. I also order their shrimp spring rolls and their tre pho bien vermicelli. I liked both but weren't very flavorful. I'd come back for sure but I think I'll try something else to eat. read more

I ordered the seafood egg noodle soup and tofu spring rolls. I picked up to bring home. Only thing good about the food was the broth was hot. Otherwise, the egg noodles tasted like the ramen noodles from the bag. The broth had zero depth of flavor, the seafood was under cooked. I couldn't eat it. The tofu spring rolls were rolled loose and fell apart on the first bite. The peanut sauce tasted bland. The whole meal had zero flavor. read more

Was craving some Pho so we stopped here. We were greeted right away and ordering was easy, as I already knew what I wanted: brisket noodle soup. It was very tasty and I really enjoyed, was surprised in the amount of noodles. I've had pho before but it didn't come with as much noodles as this one. The mango boba tea was amazing, best I've ever had. If in the east side, pay this location a visit. The waiter was very attentive. read more

if you are looking for authentic Vietnamese , this is not the place for you. The place seemed like it was run by a Mexican kitchen specializing in Vietnamese food. So me and my daughter tried this place out since we always ate the one on gateway w. I ordered a brisket pho and my daughter got the chicken skewer with rice. The pho soup was kind of bland but the chicken skewer plate was really good . We also got the lumpia rolls and it was good . I ordered a beignet to go, and me, my wife and my daughter tried it and we were all disappointed. It wasn't authentic, it was more like a bread with powdered sugar . It's supposed to be like a fluffy bread... I'm never going to order the beignet at this place. Overall the customer service was great. read more

So i really wanted to give this place 4 stars at least but i both me and my husband agree that the banh mi and the small bowl of pho that comes with the pho and banh mi combo are just not as good. I am however super impressed by their options and based it off a cafe theme with their nice spread of desserts and coffee. I tried their japanese cheesecake to go a while ago and although tasty, it was a bit too dry and thrist inducing for my liking. They also have this nice brunch option of skillets and this is where they offered half a bahn mi and a mini pho bowl option. It can only have the special viet ham banh mi for this option which i can understand why. It wasnt my favorite choice of meats. I was at least able to get the brisket option for my mini pho bowl but there wasnt much meat neither compared to the 5$ mini bowl options at the other locations. My husband stuck to his beef banh mi as usual. He did not like how the bread was prepared here. It was too toasted to the point of stabbing himself on his lips from the bread. Perhaps they needa make sure they dont use bread thats too dried out already. Well they also offer military discounts on Monday at least so maybe if we would be in the area that day, we may go back. read more

Pho is absolutely amazing but the service is so bad it's unfortunate. I came in by myself and there was about 3 servers and two people at the bar area, none of them greeted me and servers kept walking past me. I told the girl I wanted a table and she looked around confused and said there was none available when there were three open tables that hadn't been wiped down. This is the 2nd time the service has been inattentive. The one on the west side has way better service but too far. We need more pho places in El Paso, disappointing. read more

Pho Tre Bien is my go to pho and Uber eats place! They have multiple locations in El Paso and they all carry their classics and pho! I'm a fan of the cafe location because they do more of a brunch (with mimosas) than the other locations and it has the cutest cafe ambience. They also offer unique dessert options that you can't get at the others like cheesecake and beignets! My go to order always includes the Vietnamese coffee, winter lumpia rolls, rare steak pho, and pan-fried cube steak the Vietnamese crepe is also amazing if you can make it for brunch! read more

I love Asian food, and this tasted really good, the pho is very good tastes gingery and very good, brisket on the fattier side but still very good, and tofu also taste very good, cilantro, lemon, spring beans all that stuff is very fresh, the place is very clean, staff is friendly, very clean bathrooms don't smell like crap, even though they're a bit slow it's still worth it, rolls taste good, and the boba tea is pretty good ig, only complaint is the noodles are too stringy and very prone to falling apart, also in the east Idk about in gateway, also why are ppl complaining about how big the small pho bowl is relatively big for a small read more

Love this place, my go to for curry. Was looking forward to lumpia was out though that night.

I'm going to start off by saying the restaurant look clean and nice, and the food wasn't bad! However, service was terrible! When we went inside, the lady at the front said, "for 2," which we replied, "yes," but she didn't do anything about it or get someone to help us. So we just stood at the entrance, looking dumb, for about 5 minutes, until someone else came around the bar and said they'll help us in a bit. Something to note: there was only one other occupied table in the whole restaurant other than us (meaning they didn't look very busy). So we are seated, and I order a Thai ice tea with boba and he orders Vietnamese coffee. That Thai tea takes about 10 to 15 minutes to make (no idea why), it tasted very bland, and the boba tasted bland and chemically (like the pre-made packaged ones). Oh, and the coffee we ordered, didn't come until after we were almost done with our meal...maybe an hr later. Ok, so why didn't we ask about our coffee? Because the service took so long that we forgot about it. We waited maybe 30 to 40ish minutes to get our pho and spicy beef soup. There were at least 4 employees standing around the bar doing absolutely nothing, who then disappeared somewhere for the whole 30 to 40 minutes. A man, who looked to be the manager or owner, was just sitting at the front for 15 minutes before finally coming up to ask us if we had ordered. And we didn't see anyone again, after we told him we did. We were about to pay for my drink and just leave before we finally saw an employee. She then went to the one other occupied table if they needed anything. Something to note about this table: they had finished their food before we even got to the restaurant. We found out they had been waiting for their check the whole time (so maybe an hr)! Eventually this one employee brought over our food, apologizing to us, and said our server just left, and hasn't come back for sometime. We were annoyed, but the food wasn't bad. Then the original server came back (the one who randomly left) and gave us our coffee, which we completely forgot we ordered. the coffee was meeeh, and there were coffee grinds all around the rim of the cup. Overall, we won't be coming back purely based off the poor service. read more

OMG! Absolutely loved it. First time there today. The sauces and herbs used to flavor the food were very well made and had a stunning tasting flavor. Had a wonderful waitress thank you Prism!
