This restaurant is not for customer service! We ordered chicken fried rice instead of the fried we substituted for white rice. What we received was everything separate. Nothing together! Really really good noodle soups every time I come in. I've been here more than a handful of times and the staff is always friendly and inviting. I usually get the bun bo hue or pho, both always flavorful. I've also tried their banh mi and summer roll. I definitely reccomend this place. read more

I have been here three times and I really wanted to keep from having to drive 30 minutes to Pho Dai Loi(?) on Jonesboro Rd, but this place has ruined my dream. I can only speak for the Beef Pho. I tried the Ox Tail Pho once, the Brisket and Round Eye(?) once, and just the Brisket Pho once. Now if you eat the Pho in the restaurant then you will be fooled, like me, because it's pretty good on the spot. But child, bring that Pho home and it's a whole different story. Once it's no long hot, the experience changes. And God forbid you reheat it on the stove top later. The noodles break up into small pieces. Jesus, what in the world? The broth is okay, but it lacks something. It's basically just broth. Girl these Ox Tails ain't 'ish. They are cut paper thin almost as thin as the Brisket. The Brisket was almost all fat. On my last visit I asked my husband and BFF to join me. It was a chilly January day. Just after the New Year. We all had similar opinions about the Pho. This was my husband's first try so he added all of the condiments to his to help the bland taste out. I don't eat the fat so I gave most of my meat to my husband. And I am happy to report that the next day I was the only one out of the three of us that had not spent the night on the toilet. I would give this place another year or two to get the Pho pots seasoned well and then try them again. Until then I will make that 30 minute drive. read more

The food is actually good, but they are SUPER racist and rude towards black people. You know how when you can just feel the energy when they speak to you. I have ignored it for a long time to eat here, but today was the last straw I literally got served cold fried egg rolls as if I was biting into ice. No one apologized, just snatched the bag!!! The place is small but very convenient. We came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service once we walked through the door. We were greeted by a server and two mason jars filled with ice water. We started with thai tea and green tea with boba. We ordered the fish cakes which were $3.99. It came out very quickly and on the plate was two fish cakes, sauce and a side of garnishes. It tasted really good, for the price we wished we had two more. Husband had the special combo with broken rice, pork and egg made two ways. I had the vermicelli with pork, shrimp and egg roll. Both plates were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. I like the atmosphere and there wasn't a lot of people there. The servers were nice and accommodating and the food was affordable. Place is recommended for those that are in the area. read more

The vermicelli with shaking beef wasn't good. The meat was burnt so it tasted very bitter. They also skimped on the meat. The ratio of vermicelli to meat was awful. There were about two big handfuls of vermicelli and around eight small pieces of the beef. I don't recommend getting this dish. I've eaten here several times before and the food was better when they first opened. Now, not so much. My family got three to-go portions of the kbbq beef with broken rice. Maybe we ordered at a bad time but they always seem to run out of broken rice, so we got the regular rice instead. I'm not sure why someone thought it was a great idea to butcher a lettuce leaf and divide it into three pieces. These pieces were then distributed into each of the takeout containers for the meal. For the amount of money I paid for my meal, I do expect a whole lettuce leaf please. What a shame. Just because I ordered takeout and didn't dine in doesn't mean this is how my meal should be given to me. If you're going to charge customers this amount of money for Vietnamese food, I expect a decent meal. Not this. Suggestion: Don't get takeout from this place because they will skimp on your food. read more

This place was good and very clean. The owners were super excited to serve me even though I arrived almost at closing. I got chicken pho and the owner was happy to tell me that the pho stock was an actual chicken stock and not beef stock like most places. My to-go order came with tall containers of noodles and broth and a whole to-go plate I'd meat and garnish. The only thing I wish were different is that the noodles had some liquid on them. They were very tough but once I poured broth on them they were fine. The actual chicken itself was very flavorful and they gave pretty big Chunks of meat which was nice. I'd def be back soon! So i want to update my review. After going to them a second time the portions were extremely small for takeout and they really skimp on the meat. The broth had zero flavor and I had to really doctor it up at home to add any amount of flavor. I've had way better pho for way less money. I hope they get it right! read more

This is a perfect Pho place to visit! It's open and the employees are very nice... As for the Pho it's self, there are so many options to build your own pho bowl (A bonus)... I went a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed a huge (medium) bowl of beef and meat ball with beef broth pho... all I can say is it's the BEST I have had! I will be going back soon! :) read more

New pho spot in town of course it would be popular...buuuuut lets get to the nitty gritty. 2 eggs rolls for $3.99 very small eggs rolls it's pork egg rolls. So the pho options vary. Menu is kind of confusing with pho. But if you want other meats they bring it out in another small bowl on the side with broth. Pho noodles weren't blanched soft. I got the combo pho which didn't have much meat as other regular pho places would have. Service was slack sat down and waited awhile. Ordered a banh mi dac biet and the server said she wasn't Vietnamese so she didn't know what I was ordering but it was printed on the menu . No chili with oil At the table. Food came and we had to wait for silverware Menu didn't have com dishes nor smoothies. Pho broth was good but there's so much broth then meats. Banh mi was okay not much meat on the sandwich or egg butter on it. No desserts here. Didn't get to try the bubble tea but hell just to eat myself would of cost $35. Look at this large poorly cut piece of flank steak for the pho soup. At $12+ for the large size, it's a steep price for chewy and cheap cut of meat. Not good at all. Not going back. All that fat on the flank cut has so much fatty connective tissue that is inedible. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Terrible. We've been here a few times so I think I can properly review it now. The pho is good, the atmosphere is ok, I do wish the menu was a bit easier to understand and I WISH they would refill your tiny mug of water when it's empty. As for the egg rolls, they're super good but kind of pricey for what it is. Like someone else mentioned, two very small egg rolls. I'm sure they'll improve as business and suggestions continue and I'm sure we'll be back again at some point to try something new other than PHO on the menu! read more

So glad we have a good Pho restaurant close to wear I live! The restaurant is clean, with attentive staff. The food and drink was very quick. I had a milk tea with boba, and the hubs got matcha milk tea. Both were great, and again, very fast. Didn't have to ask for water, they bring it out to the table right as you come in. Then we did the "build your own pho." Medium was more than enough to fill us. I had chuck, round eye, and brisket and it was perfect. The broth had great flavor on its own. I will say, though, for the people who complained of it being bland, I didn't understand because there was hoisen, Sriracha, and chili sauce on the table and other toppings if you wanted to up the flavor. We went with the Vietnamese selections pho and a bahn mi. This was our first time eating/ordering here. Ordered online at 5:43 and got a text response that the meal would take 20 to 40 minutes. At 6:20 gave up and walked in. Our food was sitting there on the counter, no telling how long it had been there. The soup was still hot, the sandwich was neither hot nor cold. The staff we talked to was very confused, but we got our order and left. At 7:30 we got a text saying our food was almost ready. (!????!) Long story short, soup great, sandwich not so good, service needs work. Will try again one more time ........I just hope they're having a better day next time. read more
