bo kho (beef stew) with white rice, rare beef pho, vegetarian bun bo hue, avocado smoothie, and three-bean dessert Che ba mau
My partner loved the meat dishes and said the rice was the best he has ever had. My veg spicy soup was good! It's hard to find good veg bun bo hue bc it is usually made with beef stock (bo means beef or cow). I am Vietnamese and I think the rare beef pho tastes like how we make it at home.

The next time, it was cold outside and we felt that soup was a solid choice! Our experience with the atmosphere and staff also made us comfortable to return then instead of trying a diff place. I look for certain things at a restaurant to make sure they can taste somewhat like home (somewhat authentic). I think this place hit most of those notes so I was happy to return (staple sauces on-hand, the way Vietnamese coffee is made, veg options). It is also an affordable and clean place.
