The dipping sauce was different, more plum than peanut. My bowl of rare beef pho came with plentiful fresh pho, no skimping here, that it's never enough. The broth was hot and tasty, how it should be too. To accompany it was a side of bean sprouts, thai basil, a lime wedge and sliced jalapenos if you like it spicier! The rare beef was lovely and tender. A very satisfying meal, and definitely will return, especially, I see they have live lobsters on the menu, and seems to be their speciality. This is a little gem in Leyton. What makes this Vietnamese restaurant stand outs, is that it has a slightly different added menu, it still makes the traditional food, but stuffed chicken wings? Saying that, the traditional dishes were just as splendid, full of mouth watering flavours, combining with the freshness and texture when taking that first bite.
