Tips: - This place accepts credit cards. - If you love vermicelli, get B12. It's delicious. Before I was on Yelp, I had a bowl of pho here. It was a winter day. Snow was on the ground. It was a Sunday. I loved it. Today, I was at The Shopping Channel (TSC) picking up an order after work. After I was done, I did a search and Pho Pho Pho (PPP) showed up. It was 34°C outside. With the humidity, it felt like death. I didn't want a steaming bowl of pho. However, I wanted vermicelli and drove over here. Traffic along Derry Road at rush hour, at roughly 4 pm, was horrific. A number of vehicles heading westbound were kind to let me turn left in front of them onto Maxwell Road. I thanked them and pulled into the parking lot. This eatery is in a plaza with a lot of parking. There are signs designated for PPP customers. I chose the corner spot by a tree and backed into it. It didn't look like my car was under a shaded area when I had parked. By the time I came out of the eatery with a content tummy full of good food, my car was completely in the shade. Yay! I walked in and made a left around the corner. A nice woman greeted me. It's a family-run business with her husband cooking in the kitchen. It was me dining. She said that I could sit anywhere, but also suggested that it was cooler sitting by the other door. I sat in the corner. It was shaded and proved to be perfectly cool. She gave me a menu and asked if I wanted tea. I opted for water with ice. I got a refill. Icy water is perfect when it's a scorcher outside. It was refreshing and needed. The menu looked good. As much as I love pho, I wanted vermicelli. I ordered these items, which I wrote down on a piece of paper with a pen that came with the menu: - Diet Coke - B12 - vermicelli with spring rolls, grilled pork hash, and grilled shrimp on sugar cane I managed to catch up on uploading photos on Yelp as I waited. Meanwhile, a family of three Vietnamese women came in and sat a couple of tables away from me, in the coldest part of the restaurant. The oldest woman walked in with a cane. I was surprised that they went with the cold for her. They survived. She kept her jacket on. They got their food first. They all ordered pho, which doesn't take as long to make than my dish. Luckily, I was neither in a rush, nor starving. Moments later, my bowl of deliciousness had arrived. I got a small bowl of sauce, as the nice woman called it. My huge bowl of vermicelli looked so good. She apologized for the delay, as the spring rolls took longer to make. No need to apologize. Good food is worth the wait. It was here. I poured the sauce into my bowl of vermicelli. She asked if I needed more. I was good. She was extremely attentive. The vermicelli was excellent. It has cucumbers, bean sprouts, lettuce, carrots, green onions, and peanuts that made this dish so fresh and yummy with the sauce mixed in. The shrimp on sugar cane was yummy. I'm the type who chews on the sugar cane. It was so sweet. The spring rolls were crispy and crunchy, with a decent amount of filling. The vermicelli was perfect. The grilled pork hash were these scrumptious pork meatballs. The sear on the outside of each one was perfection. I got three of these meatballs. They were flavourful and so good. I love B12. I would definitely order this dish again. The nice woman asked if I wanted a straw to drink my Diet Coke. I declined. It was super cold and hit the spot. I went up to the counter to pay my bill. I said that it was excellent. She almost didn't believe me. "You liked my food?" she asked. "Yes, I loved it a lot. I'm so glad that I came here after work," I replied. This place accepts credit cards. I had a tough time getting the tap on my credit card to work. She did it for me and it worked. She had the magic touch, thank goodness! I used the washroom before I left. The women's washroom was clean. No complaints. I wished her a great evening. She reciprocated. This Vietnamese eatery is a gem. I'll be back. Oh where to start? This is only my second time here today, but inside a week. I will be forever grateful to a colleague of mine who brought me here the first time. The place is amazing!!!! The food is simply out of this world and the service is super prompt and friendly. I eat more pho than many, but out of all I have ever had, this place is in the top 3, if not the very best!! For my second time today, I have had their P18 special pho pho pho and the flavors, noodle to broth and meat to broth ratio is phenomenal. The serving in the Large bowl is probably more than most people can eat. Not me tho...I am a professional pho eater! :) I can do the large, even tho only barely. The broth is not too salty, which often is the case in other restaurants i have been. Literally, the only disappointing moment of every meal here is, when you can see the bottom of the bowl or plate, because that is about the same time when you're nearly finished this meal of outstanding flavors. This feeling of disappointment is quickly lost again to to comfort of knowing that it doesn't matter if you come back here tomorrow, next week or next month, this place will be there and the quality of the food be the same every time!! I can only recommend this place to anyone, even if it means you have to travel in to enjoy it, the trip is well worth it!! What a gem!! I stopped in for a quick dinner before meeting a friend in the area. As soon as I opened the door, I was greeted with the smells of delicious food. A great sign. A restaurant that smells great, usually IS great. A restaurant that smells like cleaning products... run. I was really craving bun bo hue, but they didn't have that on the menu so I went with grilled chicken and spring rolls on vermicelli. As I waited for my meal, other patrons started coming in... a couple of men who just finished a construction-type job, a young family, a small group of friends. The owner seemed to know them all and joked with them as they entered. Another good sign. The food came and it was exactly what I wanted (well, the second thing I wanted). The chicken was hot and tender, the spring rolls were crispy, and I would have drank the nuoc cham if they sold it in a can. I can't remember what the cost was, but it was a very good price. Very enjoyable dinner. As noted elsewhere this is the cleanest pho restaurant I have ever been to. I had the spring rolls with shrimp and rare beef pho. Both were fantastic and very flavorful. Service was good as a nice old gentleman took care of several tables. Priced right and well worth a visit. If you can't make your special Pho bowl really good. You don't deserve to be open. Taste was OK. I could taste the MSG from my first sip of the broth. First time trying it. Ordered C22 for lunch takeout but realized I paid for and got a C21 instead when I opened box. Perhaps she misheard me. The grilled chicken was a little overcooked so it was tough to chew in some parts. Beef was good. Good amount of everything in the box for the price. They didn't seem to have a takeout menu so I took some photos of their dine-in menu. Will give it a second chance to see if it's any better the next time. Great value at a small family owned operation. Visited it for the first time with a friend who is a regular and given my history with PHO (see review on Golden Turtle at Ossington) I decided to only try out the curry rice which was great. The decor leaves a lot to be desired for but that isn't their strong point. Price is definitely what they are selling you on. And the staff seems family run and has a long memory...my friend had not visited in months and they still remembered and acknowledged him! First time visit with a non-Pho dish was ok...I may swallow my dignity and try Pho next time to tell you all about.... read more

Best pho I've had. Maybe Im biased based on the great service, but really, I love their pho. The owners are super friendly and have long term elephant-like memories. I came here with my dad after a very long stint away, and they remembered me still! They are so friendly, they don't mind giving you more soup for free. Problem is, they don't bother staying open for dinner hours, which I guess makes sense since its located in the middle of nowhere. I definitely want to go back! I have tried pho in different parts of the city and I am glad to find this place tucked away between Brampton and the airport. The portions are a good size taste and quality on par with others... it is a cafeteria style setting but it is not the decor that you are after, it's the tasty food.. I had the special Pho bowl and I could taste how fresh the beef was... and the soup was clear and tasty not too salty..
