I've always enjoyed this place and the pho. But last time I went after already eating some of it I found a maggot in my pho. Unclear whether it was alive or not when I ate the pho as I had to microwave it genuinely so nasty.

Pho was ok! Broth wasn't perfect but still pretty good for a quick craving fix. The eggrolls were tiny but beautifully fried with the perfect crunch. Peanut sauce for the spring rolls was watered down, but wraps were good. Condiments at every table was nice to have. Service was quick, food came out within 10 minutes, boba teas were ok. There was a 3-person team that did an excellent job running the front and keeping the tables clean.

The food is okay. The tables were dirty and it felt like a fast food restaurant. I did not like to receive the pho sides in a plastic bag

Spring for chilly in Louisville so I met my husband here for pho. Service is at the counter and we were checked out right away. I chose the brisket pho. I had hoped to add a poached egg and they didn't have this option. The pho broth has flavor but not as robust as other restaurants. This wouldn't be my first recommendation for someone wanting pho. Saying that I did enjoy it enough. Other ingredients were brought out in a baggie (sprouts, jalapeños, basil). Simple decor. Plenty of tables inside for enjoying dine in. Sodas available and also boba tea.

I love this place! In my opinion they have the best pho in Louisville. They have a wide selection of meats to add to your pho. I love the brisket and some times get the brisket and eye round to have more meat. The fried spring rolls are delicious, I couldn't tell you what's in them but they are good. Last time I went I tried the taro tea, it makes for a yummy after lunch/dinner treat. The service is great and food always comes out quickly. The tables are a little worse for wear from the heat of the bowls but that is the worst thing I could say about this place.

Pretty average spot. It was very nice and clean. You pretty much just go up, place your order, then they bring your food to you. I tried their Vietnamese spring rolls. Their sauce was pretty runny and not thick. The pho dac biet was pretty average and the ice coffee was also pretty average. I liked how they have the set up, and decor. It looks different from other traditional pho spots.

Pho Phi is a decent place to get some quick Vietnamese food that's in a good location. I got the fried rice with grilled pork. The food was alright. There are a couple of good Vietnamese restaurants in Louisville and Pho Phi does not compare with them, but there was nothing bad about the food. It was decent all around and it came out quickly. At Pho Phi, you order at a counter and they bring the food out to you. The servers are all very nice and the place has a nice, open atmosphere with a lot of seating and natural lighting. It's a good option to go by yourself or with a group. All in all, Pho Phi is a decent place to get some quick food with no issues. However, there are just many options for better Vietnamese food in Louisville.

I have been here a few times and usually get the spicy beef soup! I do like it a lot and get the boba too. I would say it's really good and spicy but I like most pho places and restaurants. Definitely check this place out if you looking for an easy Vietnamese meal on a budget.

I was really excited to try this place because it smells so good. I got the bun bo hue, but it was unfortunately a let down. It was bland and the broth tasted hurried, probably because few people order this. My husband got the vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and shrimp. It was standard but there are better versions in town. We also got the egg rolls, which were overdone and overpriced. They were also mainly just filled with carrots. I couldn't believe the discrepancy between the smell and taste so I'm willing to come back to try the pho.

YUM!! Tried this place via carryout for the first time tonight. It was absolutely delicious!! The carryout packing of food was the perfect way to transport everything without ruining the quality. I ordered the spicy eye round steak pho with spring rolls. The pho was soooo yummy and savory. I loved it The spring rolls were some of the best I've had. And that sauce thoughhhh

If you are looking for fast, friendly and yummy service this is the place to. We stopped by for a quick dinner on the way home. You order at the counter and get a number and food is delivered to you like Culver's. We ordered the spring rolls (sauce was lighter and more liquidy than I'm used to) - was ok I've had better at other places, pho (p10) - broth was delicious, large came with decent amount of noodles and meat, grilled pork fried rice - packed with flavor, taro bubble tea and Vietnamese iced coffee.

Not terrible but not as good as your authentic pho, just a tad bit too sweet and not much flavor.

The bacon was thick and a great portion. The fries are thin and super salty. I'd recommend a different side to go with your sandwich. I noticed a pick two for a salad, soup, or sandwich. It included a drink, which made it a good deal. The menu offers several breakfast and sandwich items, plus bakery, salads, and sides. Plenty of seating and I enjoyed the brightness of the main room with its high ceilings. We had a table of 40+ people. The food came out together and our server hustled with a smile.

I started off with a diet coke and it fell flat. The menu listed a fountain drink and it was coke served from a soda gun. The carbonation wasn't strong and didn't last past the first few sips. I ordered off the breakfast menu and got the huevos rancheros and a blueberry muffin. The eggs were cooked to order and the potatoes were delicious! The muffin was okay. It was a bit on the dry side and would be skipped next time. My friend got a BLT and wasn't impressed. One piece of bread was soft while the other was hard, almost stale. It's a beautiful space but the meal was a disappointment.

I think my cocktail was called the Tokyo Pop? Not positive but you have to get it. Gin, bubbles, sake, and a hint of lemon in a flute glass. Refreshing, a hint of sweet, a hint of lemon, and extremely drinkable. It would be too easy to throw a ton of these back. But I was demure and had one. I enjoyed the calamari--my go-to here. Crispy, with a bit of heat from pickled peppers, a bit a of sweet form a sweet glaze, and a nice herby zing from mint, herbs, and scallions. They also top the calamari with a a nice portion of greens dressed in a lemon vinaigrette, making this appetizer feel close to a light meal. I am absolutely obsessed with the ponzu mayo that comes on the side. An absolutely delightful touch. I also enjoyed the chocolate cream pot. Talk about decadent. I love that it is served with berries, because you need that tartness to balance out the richness. Fully indulgent. Bonus points: I working fireplace. (And holiday decor still up--this never bothers me.) The ambiance is always lovely, with something iconic on the TV always playing.
