Very clean restaurant. Efficient and attentive wait staff. Never a long wait to get seated even when it's busy with lots of customers. The place is not large but it seats a fair amount of people. There are lots of regulars here because the food is that good. I have ordered the Pho in all the size bowls they offer over the years and really like the medium size bowl. The food is delicious and very fresh. As it has been explained to us, the stock is made from scratch from fresh chickens, overnight and served the next day. It's delicious! The fried rice order is very big and is the best I have ever tasted, and I have eaten fried rice in San Francisco that doesn't taste this good! It's light and fluffy with diced pork and veggies and is not greasy or oily. The food is accompanied by a small plate of fresh mint, basil, and bean sprouts. I have never been disappointed here. The atmosphere, service and food is excellent. It's my favorite Asian food selection here in the Flathead Valley! read more

This place is awesome. To be honest, I tried it once a year or two ago and it was so-so. I was reading an interview about a local renowned award-winning chef that I am a fan of and when asked where he dined on his day off he mentioned Pho Ly. I thought OK I have to give this place another try. Boy am I glad that I did! I have never tried crack for obvious reasons but I'm guessing the experience is similar to eating the noodle soup at this great place. Don't let the appearances fool you. It's not fancy and is a bit disheveled BUT the staff are as pleasant and friendly as I have ever experienced. The soup is a borderline religious experience. The broth is spectacular. When you are tasting it you can feel the effort and passion the chef put into creating it. My go-to is number 22 I think? Chicken broth, egg noodles and all the proteins except chicken. I added chicken once and wasn't thrilled about it. The prices are VERY reasonable. A great lunch and pop for under $10! I am so happy that this place is doing well! read more

Excellent. Not only was the staff the friendliest but they welcome you like you're a special guest in their home. I love that and will be a frequent customer!The Pho was perfect. The broth was very flavorful and the meat tender. I also had the Shrimp & Pork Spring rolls and Egg rolls and they were also perfect. You have to order them because I highly recommend them! I moved from a big city to a small town and I don't miss anything about it. However, the one thing I do miss is Pho and this place exceeded my expectations. I am craving it as I type! We drive 1 hr from polson to this place to try the noodle... since its the only viet restaurant in north Montana area... but it surprised me... the noodle broth taste good... the egg rolls is good... the thing surprised me is their 5-stars customer service... they almost know everybody that came to their restaurant to have lunch.... chit chat n have fun talking to their regulars making them have a nice time at the restaurant... read more

Reliably good food, and fantastically warm and welcoming service. Pho Ly is by far one of my favorite go to dining out spots for lunch or easy healthy family dinners in the flathead valley. The food's legit and the service is great. Obviously the soups are great but one of my favorites is actually number 32 the lemongrass beef with rice. I love me some lemon grass beef, and if you want it spicy they'll make it spicy. It's some great stuff and my daughter's absolute favorite spot for after school early dinner / late lunch. They have Vietnamese coffee too so if you're low on energy and can handle some carbs from the sweetened condensed milk grab yourself a Vietnamese coffee too! read more

This place was absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked to order. The pho bowls were ginormous, and my young adult brothers had a hard time finishing the portion (which says a lot). The wontons were a little bit on the crispy side to what I normally prefer, but overall I would not hesitate to come back here. read more

Went to dinner in Kalispell, checked the yelp, and boom. People said there was phó, so we went to check it out. Good news there were people in the restaurant and seemed to be happy. The two servers were working hard to clear space and deliver the food. We got some spring rolls and soup. Everything was tasty. Very pleased and would go back. The food is great! Very authentic, fresh and delicious. They really need a new venue as I feel like I am in a converted convenience store, but maybe that adds to the authenticity. My biggest beef is that about 15 minutes before closing they convert to take out to the end of the hour. Ok gotta take it down a star, and I hate doing that, but every time I come in and ask for extra jalapeños and basil with my carry out, I get home with a measly 6 slivers of jalapeño. I'm just a drifter passin' by the beautiful land of Montana! Was cravin' some hot noodle soup known as pho after a day hike at the national park... I was so certain I wasn't going to find a restaurant serving pho seeing the town seemed a little remote... Sure enough, I was wrong. I quickly dragged my weary hungry self into the establishment. The first thing I noticed was the clean, hospitable interior. Not to mention the warm friendly greeting I immediately received from the employee. I knew I was at the right place. Ordered spring roll to start with. Special pho and combo fried rice as entree (told you I was hungry). The spring rolls had just enough texture without being too chewy. Paired with the peanut sauce it was simply impeccable. Pho stock had just enough sweet and savoriness to it... I was hooked instantly. And the fried rice was fantastic as a side dish to go with the soup. If I was a resident, this would definitely be the spot I frequent, as I go to the pho place in my hometown at least once a week. If you've never been, or never had pho before. Do yourself a favor and try this place. A shiny, new and pleasant find in Kalispell. The four stars should be taken in context - this is pho in the middle of Montana not in Hanoi, HCMC, or Denver for that matter but it holds it's own given its location. I'm a CA native, and Vietnamese food is a staple there as we have pho places EVERYWHERE. With that said, it's ALL about the broth when it comes to good Pho soup. This place reminds me of home and has staple Vietnamese food that will bring comfort and satisfaction to your taste buds. Price: def well priced for what you get. This restaurant is literally my favorite place to eat on the planet. I have gotten Pho in many major cities across the states but nothing beats the order of #1 at this place. It's soo good, if you haven't had Pho before you need to try it because it amazing. My wife and I go here every Friday as a tradition and have been doing so for over a year. The staff is the most friendly I have ever met and are clearly very good at their jobs. I only hope they open up more locations in the valley! read more

This is a great little restaurant with HUGE portions at a low price. I've traveled extensively in Asia, and I'm often frustrated that most of the options available in Montana for Asian food are very Americanized Chinese restaurants. Pho Ly offers a great alternative. It is a very simple little place with a very simple menu, but the food tastes fresh, and I always leave satisfied. It's an amazing value for the price.
