My brother especially loves their Sweet and Sour Chicken because that is all that he ever orders. In fact it seems that even my Dad has his personal favourite. However I always try new things, though their battered duck is not really the best, but that is probably because of the batter. However the staff have always been great, and there has always been a table set aside for us when we have ventured here.

Oh never mind... The seating inside is a bit basic, but most people come here for the takeaway anyway, so it doesn't really matter. I never see more than one or 2 sets of people dining in at a time. I myself have only ever had takeaway, so how it is? Well, it's not bad. I've had plenty better, but I've also had plenty worse. It really does sit somewhere in the middle. They have some nice items on the menu, but there's nothing that makes me tell people "I visit this place for the (insert menu item here)". There's no real menu item I would say they call their own. That being said the food is perfectly fine. They are a little dragon but that doesn't mean they're worth a little score. Let's just say "good but not great".

If you order a steak meal, you don't get thin strips of meat. Instead you get thick chunks of steak with a thick overly flavoursome sauce. Again, I have to say there is NOTHING wrong with that at all if that's what you like. If however, you like an authentic Chinese meal with thin strips of steak & a light sauce then this isn't the place for you. Also of note is the delivery service. If you are local to Silver Swan you can have your meal delivered.

The springs rolls we recieved with our meal were actually cooked and tasted pretty good. Surprisingly... The fried rice was the typical fried rice you would recieve from a chinese resturant. He said it wasn't served hot but warm (I agree but I didnt notice immediately coz I am fine with warm meal). The lettuce was soggy and generally all the vegetables looked soft and wilted and the meat had the texture of boiled meat. They were covid compliant with regards to only having 10 people in the restaurant, but the menus were tattered and disgusting. At this point it would have been better to leave. Okay, it is basically a pan-Asian restaurant, which means that there are dishes on the menu from all over Asia, and the menu itself is actually quite extensive as well. Yeah, it wasn't bad, but it didn't have the charm that more specialised Asian restaurants tend to have, and it can be a little tricky finding the way into the place as well. Still, it was rather nice.
