The #58 (pho tai gau sach) is life-changing, and actually the only pho restaurant I've been to that offers this meat combo. The broth is so rich and flavorful it tastes like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. It's hearty, healing, and everything you need on any day, good or bad. Just a heads-up though, you will not be deceived by a small size. A small bowl of pho here is *huge* and full of noodles, broth, meat and toppings, which they don't skimp on at all. It's like they knew I was having a bad day and were like, "Give this girl all the brisket and tripe she can handle."
