Looks like they're rationing the herbs plate
    Jen A.

Server was great. Over an hour for our food, another table walked out without eating after an hour. There is no water, you have to pay for bottled water. My pho had enough noodles to fill 1 fork full...I notified our server and she fixed it. They don't have any chili peppers/or chili paste... Praying these are just new opening issues and hope to update my review at another time. Kids pho and adult pho was almost $30

It was amazing, service was good. I went last month and I will say Jen A. Is a liar. I find that many people on Yelp are just mean spirited and want to leave bad reviews. The service was great and very quick, I highly recommend this restaurant. I asked if they had any Enoki mushrooms and they said no, instead of getting all pissy I said ok and moved on. You can't be mad at a restaurant for not having something on the menu, they just don't have it girl, get over it. We got A Pho house bowl and a Steak bowl, was $31. They clearly have the prices on the menu so if you don't like them then you can leave before you order.

    P8
    Bee L.

The P8 was rich and flavorful, with delicious, tender meats--especially the meatballs. As longtime Vietnamese food fans, we were excited for this spot to open. The broth was so good we took leftovers home. However, it's pricey--$45 for two soups and waters, with only bottled drinks available. Service was lacking, with staff chatting instead of greeting guests. Customers had to seek out help at the bar. The decor is nice, but the space feels crowded with too many tables. Overall, the food is incredible, but the high prices make it an occasional treat. :::::::: UPDATE :::::: No longer 4 STARS I went back and the Pho was not the same at all!!! I was very disappointed to say the least. Less broth, less noodles, less meat, less veggies. I thought before it was expensive, but now I do not see me coming back to pay $15 for a bowl of Pho to receive this. I even looked around the restaurant and everyone else has the exact same amount of food. Very disappointing. How can your food change this much in only 5 days!!!! They also still have a limited menu... very sloppy- the entire menu but with a paper menu they hand you with what's actually available with things crossed off and written on. Very confusing and not appealing.

    The P1

The feel of the restaurant is so comfortable! This was my first visit and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants good food with a nice and welcoming atmosphere. I came at the perfect time with it not being too busy. I ordered spring rolls, a Thai tea, and P1. Overall very delicious and I absolutely loved the music! I wish every pho place would play the Maria's all day long I will definitely be coming back again but with friends!

    Beef rib pho.

Food has gotten better since they first opened. My broth was flavorful and portions were good. I ate at the restaurant and the customer service was great. The place was clean and had a nice atmosphere.

Pho at its finest! If you're a pho lover, look no more! Perfection!

Great ambiance, service and food! Way more protein than I've ever gotten at another place.

    Pho brisket, steak, and meatball.

I also did a google review first time here I got it to go and next time rather sit down and eat. For starters to go orders are not enough broth even though they stated on google the use a bigger bowl for safety and put so much I believe 20 oz of broth definitely did not look like that I should have took a picture of that container. But they definitely need a chilli oil like most pho places Jalapeno and Sriracha sauce is not enough. The broth flavor was there but still need to get some kinks out because it's new they still have a limited menu soft opening and it's been over 2 weeks of opening not a good look when people are looking for a FULL menu to choose from. I will not return again until this happens so my rating is a 2.9 until then.

Great service from Jeff ! He made my experience significantly better ! This was my second time eating here. Food was delicious. I had pho & my son had the crab/shrimp fried rice...Yum! Restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

The also has all the side condiments you would want to go with your pho which is hard to find around here. The service was also amazing, they sat us down quickly, took our orders almost right away, and the food came out in about 10-15 minutes. The restaurant itself was well decorated, bright, and clean. I will 100% be coming back when I am in the area.

It photographs beautifully. Unfortunately, restaurants aren't judged on lighting. We ordered everything upfront: Banh Xeo (explicitly no shrimp due to a shellfish allergy), Cha Gio, Pho Tai, and the Chef Special. Somehow, not everything was entered correctly. The Banh Xeo arrived covered in shrimp. Allergy clearly stated. It was sent back immediately. We were told they could remake it, but it would "take a while because it takes a long time to make." Banh Xeo takes under 10 minutes in a properly run kitchen. We declined and assumed the rest of our meal would arrive promptly. It didn't. The egg rolls weren't just fried, they were fully baptized in oil. One bite and it felt like chewing on a sponge that lost a fight with the fryer. Then we watched tables seated at least 15 minutes after us receive their food before we did. When we asked about the remainder of our order, we were told it had "just been added" and would take a while. Pho taking 35+ minutes in a Vietnamese restaurant isn't high volume. It's disorganization. The Chef Special was decent. The pho, which should be the backbone of the menu, was underwhelming. Several tables around us had incorrect orders or long delays. The owner circulated, but instead of urgency or accountability, the energy felt inconvenienced. Here's the reality: great atmosphere can draw people in once. Food and leadership bring them back. If you're going because it looks trendy and buzzing, go in with eyes open. The aesthetic might be the star of the room, but the food should be.

The spring rolls and egg rolls were great (note they are not the same thing as you get in Chinese restaurants). Spring rolls in Thai or Vietnamese restaurants are fresh, bright and clean. wrapped in translucent rice skin like material, not deep fried, they are served cold with peanut dipping sauce and oh so good. We prefer Thai, Korean, Filipino and Vietnamese to most Chinese and Pho Le hit all the right notes. We also had good support staff, the host and waiter were fast and efficient. I had the combination Pho, medium size. I forgot to get a photo but I did get the shot of the fresh ingredients you add at the table. just really excellent Filipino food in an unexpected place like Jacksonville, North Carolina at…read moreslightly unreasonable value (great for the customer, but makes one question if the business can sustain it when charging so little for so much food). It was the first of three Filipino restaurants we visited on my wife's/my Carolina week long visit, and was the best out of all of them, even though by far it was the least expensive. Driving from Durham NC to Myrtle Beach, my wife and I took a longer route so we could eat at this 'Point-Point' steam table restaurant deep in the South. Steam table means everything is pre-cooked and sitting at a buffet station. The food can suffer in the same way that a buffet can: the food gets old fast and it definitely tastes different if you can get a fresh(er) batch vs one that has been sitting out for a while. We got there about 45 minutes before opening (opens at noon on a Sunday). It's in an isolated strip mall (seemingly in the middle of nowhere), with plenty of parking. As we waited in the car, we saw many prospective customers trying to get in. The doors opened promptly at 12 pm, and we were the 3rd party in line. The order taking process is intentionally slowed to allow the serving of the food to take place not long after it has been ordered and (pre)paid. This did mean that the line went out the door for our entire dine-in visit, and we got to see the make up of the regulars. Everyone was patient: it was very clear that it was mostly locals, coming not because they wanted Filipino food, but because they wanted good tasting food at a good price. It's a small dining area, but the vast majority of people were doing carry-out so there was always some seating available. They use Clover as the POS, and identify themselves as 'Filipino Cuisine'. We got the 3 choice combo plate ($16.99), served with white rice along with a can of coke ($1.99...no soda machine here) and a side of Ukoy ($2.50). There is a 4% surcharge for credit card use. Each choice was the size of a small a la carte portion, and one would have been enough for the two of us for lunch. The food was delivered to your table, and they will bus (or one can self-bus since a garbage can is available and everything is served in disposable containers). Ukoy - shrimp and vegetable fritter - really big piece and made that morning, so was still crispy. I really like vegetable fritters and this version was OK, a bit dry but that's what the accompanying vinegar dipping sauce was for. Pork Adobo - very tender meat, not too much fat, with added onions (what you would expect in a biftek). The amount of saltiness went perfectly with the white rice. Biftek - this had the sabaw of biftek, but the cut was cubed, meaning closer to caldereta. The beef cuts were just excellent (little gristle), very tender. This amount of beef would easily be $20 in a 'nice' Filipino restaurant. Pork Sinigang - really good, just the way I like it. Wasn't overly sour, with plenty of vegetables and generous amount of pork. The broth had definitely been skimmed of grease, resulting in a dish that was more homemade (where time is taken to do the skimming) than other turo-turo places I've been. Looking over the menu can tell you about the competition in the area, and it looks like Vietnamese Pho is pretty rare in Jacksonville. Turo Turo has Pho on their menu, and even modified their name to highlight it. I've found that many Filipinos like their dishes with all the extracted fat remaining, which makes much of their soup inedible for me (in that context, it's grease, not flavor-enhancing fat). But as noted, their sinigang was good, with most of the pork fat skimmed off the broth...so thinking their Pho is probably pretty good too. We've eaten at many, many Turo-Turo places (so many around where we live), and this place has to be near the top in terms of value and taste. Funny that it's in a place that we wouldn't expect, serving locals that one would expect in the area. Both of us really liked this restaurant, and the plentiful leftovers became our dinner that night with no regrets.

We like everything we have tried and were so glad to find this place since we recently moved to the area. From mild to to spicy hot they have evert range anyone could want. Portions are fair and we ended up taking some home from our lunch. Areas they could improve; I don't know if we hit them on a bad day, but it was really hot inside, since the food is also hot I tend not to want to eat if I get over heated. We were uncomfortably hot and sweating even before our food came out. Canned soda. Buy or lease a soda dispenser. You make more profits and can keep costs down. I really dislike restraints that serve only soda in cans, charge too much, then you have to ask for a cup and ice and there are no refills or larger portions.
