Great pho in the area. Appreciate that they number their menu so that you don't have to completely ruin a language you don't know well when ordering. Very easy to order online and was ready in a timely manner. I appreciate that when you order pho to go, you get the same serving size as when you eat in. Not the greatest ambiance inside and smells like cleaner, so I usually get mine to go. read more

I ordered this meal from Uber Eats! great quick food our waiting time was estimated at 40 minutes, but received in about 30 minutes. They were quick in time. If you have difficulty ordering via yelp, Uber Eats may be easier especially living in the downtown Missouri area. Ordered one vermicelli dish- Pork, grilled shrimp and fried spring roll - pork. The sauce on the vermicelli was amazing. I wish I had ordered one for myself as well. In addition ordered the sirloin pho. the broth was terrific and flavorful. there were only two options on how the beef could be cooked on the app- rare/ well done. I wish there was a medium on there. I will probably be visiting in person in the future. Pho Good!! read more

A very cold night prompted us to visit 'pho good'. Our friend ordered the vegetarian pho. I ordered the chicken and my husband ordered seafood pho. I was really happy when our server informed us about that we could chose the type of broth for our phos- vegetable or beef. All three of us chose the vegetable based broth. I just wish my pho had that depth of flavor in it. The noodles in the pho were just bland and the pho lacked flavor. By the time I added some fish sauce, bean sprouts, cilantro and basil in it, it had gotten cold! I like my pho piping hot and flavorful especially on a very cold night and unfortunately 'Pho good' failed to deliver! My husband's seafood pho was good. Nothing exceptional. Our vegetarian friend oked his veggie pho. We also ordered shrimp spring rolls that were good but I did not like the sauce it came with. The shrimp tempura was amazingly delicious and the star of the evening! The service was good and our server was very polite which is something I really admired. However, my hunt for a great chicken/seafood pho is still on! read more

This was my first time coming to their new location. I been a couple of times in the past when they were still located on Shawnee Mission Parkway near Goodwill. I like how spacious the restaurant is. Also, it's next to Tropicana which is a Mexican dessert place and that's perfect to go to for desserts!! I came with my friend for a late lunch/early dinner around 3pm to 4pm and it was very dead. There were only 3 other groups that were dining before we arrived. The server was friendly and seated us right away. We both ordered an appetizer and entree. I got the Fresh Grilled Meat Spring Rolls for $4.52 and Vietnamese Pork Chops, Egg with Vegetables for $8.90. The spring rolls were so tasty! I loved how the warm pork meat inside the spring rolls just melted in my mouth and dipped with sriracha and peanut sauce gave it the perfect combo favors. My friend ordered the Shrimp Fresh Spring Rolls and it was great as well. My Vietnamese Pork Chops, Egg with Vegetables was so delicious. The pork chops was a big portion with 3-4 big slices of pork without the bone. It was perfect with the steamed white rice and the fish sauce to give it an extra sweet and salty flavor. This dish is my go-to when I order at Vietnamese restaurants. If you are a rice person, I would definitely recommend this dish for you. My friend ordered the Vermicelli Combination Bowl with Shrimp, Chicken, Pork and Eggrolls. If you like noodles, I would give this dish a try as well. Overall, this restaurant is not well-known and newly opened in the location of Shawnee, KS with affordable prices for a fairly large portion of food. Hope you all will enjoy the food here and dining experience~! read more

Came cross this place when they were on Groupon in their old location and became a fan ever since. Whenever we are craving Pho, we come here or Vietnam Cafe. Service and people are always great, and food has always been consistent. They are usually short staffed inside so if you dine in, understand they do their best. Placed is pretty good sized inside and have never had an issue getting a table. Many people might pass this place up sitting in the back corner of a plaza next to Walmart, but give them a try! read more

Moved nearby recently and needed a Pho place. Let's just say I've been here 4 times in a month so I'm a fan. The store front is a little hard to find in the back of a strip mall. Simple restaurants but it does have a lot of options. I've both dined in and gotten take out. Staff is friendly and quick. There are different proteins for each of the soups and a variety of sides dishes. Everything always comes out hot and fresh. I usually go for the beef pho but the tofu is also very flavorful. The pho broth is wonderful, good when you have a cold or are feeling awesome. Will be back for more read more

It doesn't have the fanciest dining room, but the food is absolutely top notch. My newphew and I ordered pho and it came with tendon. We were unsure whether we would like it and if we should say yes. The waitress kindly put the tendon on the side so we could try it, and then checked in with us to see what we thought. Like all the food, the tendon was great as well. Highly recommend!! read more

A great place to eat at if you can't decide on where to go! Service was wonderful, the pho broth was very calm and delicious, not too greasy, and good! I especially loved the cartilage they have in there. The medium size is like a regular sized pho that anyone can finish and be satisfied with. read more

This is by far one of the best pho restaurants I have ever been to. An older lady was my waitress and she was the sweetest, nicest, fastest moving waitress I have had in a really long time. She helped me make a decision on what I wanted for my meal and she was 100% right. She was just delightful. They had a lot of online orders constantly coming in and they were stacked on the counter waiting for the people to pick them up. This is a wonderful thing to see, coming out of the pandemic restaurants being busy is really nice. I could hear my food sizzling in the back and when the waitress brought it to the table it was still smoking with steam. It smelled good, it looked good, and I can't wait to return for more fresh food. read more

It's a solid win for pho. It's not a fancy spot but the broth and noodles are right. And when you're craving comfort food after a stressful week, it's here. They're also on Doordash which is convenient. read more

Having moved to Kansas from Los Angeles, I missed having Pho. I've been feeling a tad under the weather and a nice hot steaming bowl of pho always does the trick. Pho Good consistently serves a flavorful #101 Sirloin beef and Shrimp spring rolls. Today I order the Thai coffee, which brewed table side (pour over method) into yummy condensed milk. Simply mix and then pour over ice. Delicious. I will definitely be back. read more

My husband and took my brother-in-law and sister-in-law (they live in nearby Overland Park) for a late lunch here and REALLY enjoyed our meal. The staff was masked and gloved, and social distancing was enforced. (We sat at a table over six feet away from the other patrons.) We ordered the meal for four to go; it included catfish paste, beef with vegetables, crispy shrimp (yum!), sour shrimp soup (double yum!), fried quail, and (of course) steamed rice. (Not bad for around sixty bucks for four diners!) Very satisfying for all of us, and one of my sister-in-law's first experiences with Vietnamese cuisine. (And she's somewhat of a picky eater!) Our service was fast and courteous. I have no complaints! read more

I met my friend here for lunch and there were a handful of people around noon, but it wasn't busy. I could barely hear our waitress because she spoke so softly. I found myself leaning forward to hear what she was saying. We ordered spring rolls ($2.99) and egg rolls ($2.99). I ordered #9 Pho Bo Tai ($7.99) and my friend ordered #8 Pho Good Dac Biet ($8.99). It was a few minutes before our spring and egg rolls came to our table. They didn't give us any plates and I thought they were going to bring them after. My friend and I decided to just eat. The spring roll with the peanut sauce was okay and was pretty much any other spring roll I ate in the past. The egg rolls were good. My Pho Bo Tai was good to me and the broth had flavor. The portion was just right to fill me up. I'd say the pho tasted similar to Pho Hoa... at least to me. Come try this place out! I'll probably be back to try other food on the menu. read more

I decided to check out Pho Good after seeing a Groupon and my love for Pho. For $18.50, the Groupon offers two $15 vouchers (they must be used separately). Even without the Groupon, the price is affordable (about $9 for a bowl of pho). It's located in a strip mall, thus it can be a bit difficult to find parking. Luckily, both times I had front row parking! The service is incredibly fast when ordering Pho (I haven't ordered anything else) but both times, it was served to us within 3-5 minutes. I definitely recommend if you're craving some pho and/or want fast service! read more

Just checked out their new location (they've been there awhile now). Just as nice. Food is just as good and so is the service. And the steak and meatball rice noodle soup. Definitely one of my favorite Shawnee restaurants! read more

Only the second time I have had Pho....both times from this establishment. We dined in about 8 months ago, but this time we had to do carryout because of the Pandemic... It was just a good (and hot) as if we were dining in. The broth comes in a container and all of the other ingredients come separately in a container so you can add as much or little as you desire. I ordered the 'steak' version....there were plenty of noodles and the meat was sliced very thin so it "cooked" properly in the broth. The helping was large and it was on the spicy side...I used all the Hoisin and Sriracha sauces in the same cup (would prefer them to be separate for flavoring purposes), but I liked it spicy. Very good take out experience. read more

This place is so inexpensive but delicious!! I always end up getting 2 meals out of their pho. I especially love their iced coffee too

I don't think I am very difficult but when you have a restaurant with the name of an authentic Vietnamese dish it needs to be your TOP dish. My pho tai was very tasteless, the meat was over cooked. The beef lemon grass was so tough we left half the plate uneaten. My daughter only ate the rice and tomatoes. my seafood clear noodles soup was so bland the shrimp tried to jump out of the bowl. This is the first time I have been here since they moved. Change the cook, your food needs more flavor read more

I consider myself somewhat of a pho snob. I like to find a solid pho choice in town and stick with it but I ventured out from my normal selection to this local strip mall Vietnamese cuisine eatery and was presently surprised in that it was not too bad. It wasn't my favorite but I will admit the service was super fast so that made up for what the menu lacked. It did have your standard Vietnamese fair with the usual rolls and bowls of noodle (pho) but it was organized on the menu nice and the presentation looked good as well. Again it takes allot to wow me with pho but this didn't do to bad. I'm probably biased by one star and anyone who isn't a snob like me would give it 4. read more

I came here because it's not too far from home. They moved locations from Shawnee Mission Parkway to 75th Street which I didn't realize until I drove to the old place. The building was demolished. Haha. Anyways, the new location is nice & the restaurant seems more updated than before. The food was a little pricey but it tasted good. I ordered their Special Pho which comes with rice noodle but I asked to substitute with clear & they did it for me. Cost was about $9.80 for the bowl which came with tendon, flank steak, meatballs & brisket. My friend ordered the rice pork chop with egg dish. It looked good but I didn't try it. She said it was good. Staff was friendly & prompt. Food came out fast & looked fresh. Overall experience here was good. read more

Pho Good is suhh good. Kinda. Customer service was on point, it was a young lady that served us. I came on a Wednesday afternoon and the restaurant was fairly empty. (Not quite dinner yet, maybe it was 4pm?) There was a weird smell in the restaurant but it quickly dissipated within the first 5-10 mins we were there. Hmm, then the service was a little too.. fast? I was taken aback because the minute after we got our spring rolls, we got our pho. -VIET COFFEE ($3). Made with the phin filter, has the condensed milk and what not. Yummy, basic viet coffee, no complaints here! -SPRING ROLLS ($3). Pretty small, tasted pre-made awhile ago, were meh. -COMBINATION PHO or PHO GOOD DAC BIET ($9). If you would like clear noodles instead, they do that substitution if you'd like. The broth was very tasty and had an appropriate amount of noodles and meat. Although I wish they included tripe here too. We were supplied with a good amount of veggies, and asked for extra jalapenos. I like that they have little sauce bowls on the side for me to make my hoisin and sriracha dip for my brisket and what not. P.S. For those interested, I did see there is a $17 for a $30 value Groupon here. read more
