There is no doubt the pho is amazing; however, I am less than impressed with the quality and service recently with their takeout and especially with their bubble tea. We ordered 6 of them this past weekend with tapioca and yes, we were told they didn't have enough tapioca balls (only enough for 4) so we said that's fine we will get four with and two without. Our order was 3 taro's and 3 strawberry. This was the second time I was told they were out of tapioca (the first time I had to ask for a discounted price for that reason which they honoured). 1st concern: they charged us full price for the ones that didn't have any 2nd: bubble tea was VERY watered down 3rd: the strawberry was really just water and strawberry flavouring (no milk which is what there typically is) I wish they were honest with the lack of ingredients they seemed to have had on hand for bubble tea that evening and at least been fair and compensated us for the lack of tapioca but unfortunately not. Here's hoping the next round of bubble tea orders will be done right.
