my go to pho place in cape. quick and convenient for pick up orders and chill quiet atmosphere to sit and enjoy a lunch. sure it's not the cutest restaurant but don't judge based on its looks. my favorite things here are the pho bowls and bun thit nuong! my only small critique is that the servers aren't too attentive with refilling water, but other than that i love the food and continue to eat here :)

3 things about this place: 1. Pho Bowl is a new Vietnamese pho place that replaced Umi Sushi in Hancock and Pine Island plaza. They opened not too long ago and decided to give it a try because the sign's been there for a while and was waiting for them to open. 2. Egg Rolls, Shrimp Spring Rolls, and #42 (Rib Eye and Well Done Flank Steak) pho were ordered. Egg Rolls were not what I had in mind. The crunch was good but the fillings were different than other pho places I've had. Shrimp Spring Rolls felt like it's been sitting out for awhile because the rice paper was dry. I personally don't like mint on my spring rolls, so for those of you who do like it, might be better to ask. Also, the spring rolls come with cucumber, so if you don't like that, ask them in advance. 3. Pho broth was good but the noodle was more on the chewier side. Although I got the well done flank steak with my rib eye, it was way too chewy. I know it says well done but wow. So chewy. Overall, I know this is a new pho place and I'm all for supporting local businesses, I wouldn't come back for pho but I would come back to try their banh mi, rice platters, or their grilled vermicelli.

The food was okay. Came out really fast. Had the spring rolls and regular steak Pho. The personality of the restaurant and staff is a very subdued, felt a little uncomfortable. The utensils are sitting on the table, where anyone can touch them. Never asked if everything was fine with our meal, never asked about refilling my empty water. So, it was just okay.

I have tried the spring rolls. It's delicious. I Was not too fond of the peanut sauce good be better, but it's not horrible either.

The flowers and stunning décor surrounding the seating areas are absolutely breathtaking and truly set the atmosphere. On top of the beautiful setting, the food was outstanding. The pork and shrimp spring rolls were some of the best I've ever had. The pork was actually crispy and seasoned to perfection, which made them stand out. The pho was also fantastic. I brought my dad with me, and he's normally not a soup person at all, but even he was won over by it. This place would be great for large parties as they have tables to combine. Needless to say, you won't be disappointed dining here!

The shrimp/beef is room temperature with cool veggies. Tasty but only 3.5 star. The R-13 was served hot and won the taste-off. Shrimp, chicken, egg fried rice with veggies was 5 star. We attacked it before taking our pic. Yep- Yummy. When undecided we enjoy Vietnamese tastings as it is fresh without regret. Another PLUS- nice and our LP outdoor seating under a tree and cover. There's signs everywhere through out the outlet with their advertisement. Great job! Coming from up North, banh mi is a staple up here. While visiting my family, my mom told me they just opened a new Banh mi place at the outlet. I immediately knew what I wanted for lunch after shopping. It had a great atmosphere and vibe to it. I liked that a lot. Food - the beef and egg banh mi was good. I paid extra for pate and butter but didn't really think it was enough... I compared it to my sister's banh mi and it was the same amount and she didn't pay for extra. The bread was toasty and crispy. The beef is very tender. Meat/veggie ratio to bread was the perfect amount. The addition of the egg made the banh mi so good. My only complaint was the extra pate and butter. I expect it to be dripping out the bread if I'm paying $2 for extra... lol Spring rolls were good also. Plump and stuffed. Peanut sauce was good. I did also tried their Vietnamese coffee but wasn't a fan. It was too sweet for me and texture was like a smoothie. I'm sure that's just my preference because others might like it. Overall, great addition. I would definitely come back if I'm there for a quick bite.

I read the reviews for Pu Thai and I was shocked that I had never been to this part of North Fort Myers. The restaurant was not what we expected, it was spacious inside and looked a little more elevated than expected. The service was great, we were greeted and seated promptly but it was a packed house. We took a couple of recommendations and the food came out in a timely manner. The food was delicious. My husband loved the Pho and the steak salad and the crab rangoons. We would come back for sure!

From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere melted away the stress of the day: Thai music lightly echoing from the speakers, subtle incense in the air, and videos of Thailand playing like postcards across the wall. It felt more like visiting a friend's home than a restaurant. The owner was an absolute gem--warm, welcoming, and attentive in a way that's rare these days. Our server went above and beyond, allowing us to customize one of the dessert options (yes, customize!). It wasn't just about flexibility--it was about hospitality. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy every detail. Let's talk about the star of the show: the Pink Dragon Roll. Gorgeous presentation--vibrant, balanced, and just the right amount of flair. The flavors were clean and layered, with each bite offering that ideal balance of creamy, tangy, and crisp. It was rich but not overwhelming--what I imagine a sushi chef would make for their own celebration dinner. We paired it with jasmine tea, and our dessert was personalized just for us--a combination that closed out the evening perfectly. Pro tip: Ask about their off-menu or customizable items. They're more than happy to tailor the experience. Prices were fair for the quality and experience, and every dish that passed by made me want to plan my next visit before the check arrived

We were greeted quickly and given a table immediately, which was nice. Service was friendly and prompt and we never had to ask for anything while we were there. Food was good, but some things were better than others. Portions were humongous, and a real value for the money, especially when we first thought the prices were a bit high. We started with the calamari and the vegetable spring rolls. The calamari came with tartar sauce and looked like onion rings. They were OK, but I've had better elsewhere. The spring rolls were crispy, but a little soggy with oil. They tasted great though. The sushi rolls were large, even laughable when my daughter got two of them. My son got the red Thai curry, and it's really enough for two meals, easily. My pad also was twice the size of what I usually get at a restaurant and it actually tasted quite good. We probably won't be back because we are on vacation, but if we lived in the area, I would certainly come back for the food, the service, and the portion sizes.
