I would say food sucked at this location. We ordered chicken with broccoli and chicken and beef pho. I don't know how there were 4 stars for this restaurant. I hate to give 1 star but it was hard to eat at this restaurant.

First time trying this place and I'm underwhelmed. Spring rolls are extra greasy despite having blotted them on paper towels. Also, anywhere that at offers the watery red sauce that just tastes artificially bad is my first clue. I also b-line for the sauce. The taste of extra oil while chewing immediately had my brain telling me to stop eating but I was in too deep and was starving. It was a struggle swallowing ("that's what she said" said Michael ) Fried rice although has taste but rice are in chunks a lot as in not separated before frying. Pho was decent, decent amount of meat included, decent taste. JUST DECENT. Grilled pork chop on rice is so-so the egg was greasy and the meat and shrimp had taste yet left me unsatisfied. The meat is sliced so ever thin - like creepy thin man or creepy man thin - either way you slice it it's super thin. I've never had it that thin so, kudos to their slicer. It's not very meaty, I don't know if it's actually grilled on a bbq but didn't taste/smell being grilled. The whole experience was meh yet displeased. I'll probably have to suck it up and drive to somewhere else.

Entering the restaurant it looks like nothing special. However, the pho is good here. A bit pricey, but it will fill you up. The soft drinks and coffee are definitely pricier than the surrounding area. The price and the amount of iced Vietnamese coffee in a cup was questionable. I got the medium and was able to take 3 sips from my straw and then it was done. It was mostly ice and about $7ish. It was good, but definitely cost too much for 3 sips of coffee. My sister in law got a large and it was about $10 and mostly ice as well. 3 stars because the pho is good. But skip on the drinks.

The best pho that I've had in Navarre, and west coast Fl! They were super sweet. I didn't know that they closed at 8 when I called for a Togo order and she still took my order even though they closed in 20 min. When I arrived I told her that I loved pho and I was sorry for ordering late. She informed me that they have the best pho in town and boy she wasn't lying. I tipped generously for her kindness and went back on my last night in town because the pho was that good. It was definitely a fatty broth. And I like that. The crab Rangoon were to die for and my boyfriend got this beef and egg and veggie combo that was soooooo good. I had a few bites of his food and wanted more. I couldn't recommend this place more.

Love this place! This is the best pho we have had since we moved from Denver. The service is always amazing and the prices are great for what you get. We have also ordered the cheese wontons, sesame chicken, and honey chicken all fried to perfection. We would love if they delivered but never mind stopping by to relax with some hot tea. We also have become regulars at pho99. To be honest we haven't had any Vietnamese food but we love the generals chicken and chicken and broccoli. Ingredients always fresh and delicious. Not the fanciest restaurant we've been to but I can overlook that if the food is great. Someday when we're not too chicken we'll try the Vietnamese food. Lots of Chinese food options in Navarre but this one is a keeper. read more

Very happy with the Thai tea and the pho here. Had 2 different types and both were good. Could use more peanut in the satay sauce but it was still good. Can't wait to try the lo mein read more

I'm a hard case to please when it comes to Pho. They serve a more southern style Vietnamese Pho but is well blended and the taste is very good. Which ever city I travel to, I'll make a stop to any local place serving up. This is one I'll visit again. read more

We order Chinese items from Pho99 a couple times a month and they have never disappointed. The cream cheese wontons are the best, the honey and orange chicken are always delicious. Not a fan of the egg drop soup, but everything else we tried was great! read more

Unfortunately this place has gone way down hill. The pho is decent at best now. The service is slow and rather inattentive. The spring rolls are loose and the peanut sauce lacks flavor. Which is all a huge bummer because this was the goto spot in Navarre. They really need to step up to get back to where they were. And this review comes on a couple of mediocre trips here. I likely won't be giving them another shot. read more

First time eating here and I ordered the honey chicken. It was sweet, delicious, and filling. The rest of the party that was with me ordered various items and everyone was pleased with taste amount served. The staff is polite and eager to please. The decor is simple yet humble. This place is amazing. The pho is amazing. The noodle meals are amazing. The dinner combinations are amazing. The servings are perfectly sized. The prices are fair though somewhat high. The service is excellent. The food was served hot and fresh. They have pho, lo mein, fried rice, egg drop soup, teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, honey chicken, etc. They have beef, chicken, and shrimp. This is one of our new favorite places. So happy to see a pho restaurant in Navarre! My husband and I have been looking forward to trying this place since we first saw it being built, and it does not disappoint! I got the pho with eye round and tendon, and my husband got the eye round week done. The bean sprouts and basil were fresh, and the broth was light and flavorful. Great portion sizes for the price too! Will definitely be coming back! read more

Great service, we started with the veggie fried rice and it was some of the best I've had. Good variety of vegetables. Next we had the tofu and veggie pho. The tofu had good flavor and again there was a good variety of fresh vegetables and cilantro already in the broth. Probably the best pho I have had so far. Restaurant was very clean and employees were very friendly. read more

Very very disappointing. I love pho and travel a lot so I have had pho in various places. This place was not authentic. I ordered pho with round steak which usually comes very thinly sliced. What I got was something that looked like ground beef. Also I ordered a large and the bowl I got was what would usually be considered a small at other restaurant and was priced much higher than most. The side plate only had ONE jalapeño, lots of sprouts and very little, not fresh basil. I had to ask for cilantro which is usually served with it. Not authentic. Only reason I gave two and not one star is because the pho broth tasted pretty good...however in hindsight I'm wondering if it had MSG in it. Service is also not great. I don't see this place lasting long. read more

Good food. Fast, friendly service. I first visited to try the Pho. The menu is fairly limited, but the broth was good. I enjoyed the soup and the sprint rolls. I noticed they also had a Chinese menu. My wife likes Chinese takeout, and I have never found acceptable Chinese anywhere since moving to the Pensacola area. We have since tried their Chinese menu several times and really enjoyed it. With good Pho and good Chinese, Pho 99 is a welcome addition to the area. The lunch specials area a great deal too. read more

A friend wanted to meet here for lunch and I wondered why (especially after entering and seeing the shabbiness). However I was pleasantly surprised. I had a tofu curry and it was really good. Well made and a good amount. And only $8. Usually "you get what you pay for" but this was definitely better then the price tag. read more

Got takeout here, and I wasnt really pleased with the quality of food or the service. They were nice, but when I placed my order, they would not let me talk at all. I wanted to get steamed rice and before I could say so it was, "is that all". Got to pickup my order, it wasnt ready, so had to wait around, even though I came at the long end of their window. The food was just run of the mill- barely-okay Chinese combos. Like, you could probably get the same or better at a food court. Wish I would have tried the Pho, but having lived on the West Coast, I decided to heed other reviews on here and keep my Pho-snobbery to myself this time. read more

I didn't try anything else because everything looked like it's been sitting out for hours. Waitress service was slow and I had to ask for my refill. I am not sure what happened here as I gave this place such a high rating, but not this time. The ice cream bar was super unsanitary and the water that is dripping on the spoon was nasty and dirty. I probably won't be back again when I am in town again. You can chance it if you're feeling adventurous.

I have heard the different Tops locations around Pensacola can vary a little, but I tried the one in Gulf Breeze. First things first. The location is terrible. It is tucked inside a gas station that looks like it might sell both hamburgers and bail bonds. From the outside you would swear the place is closed... except for the 400 cars wrapped around the building waiting for burgers. The exterior gives off just enough botulism and E. coli vibes to make you pause and reconsider your life choices before walking in. But once you step inside, things take a surprising turn. It is actually pretty clean for a classic greasy burger joint, and the staff were friendly and charming in that laid back local way that immediately makes you feel welcome. The second you open the door you get hit with the glorious smell of sizzling beef and French fry oil. It is the unmistakable aroma of cholesterol, poor decisions, and happiness. The double bacon cheeseburger was exactly what I wanted it to be. Soft bun. Cold crisp lettuce. Tomatoes, pickles, onion. Crispy bacon. The meat tasted fresh off the grill and the whole thing came together exactly the way a greasy American burger should. My only tiny knock is that the patties looked like they might be pre formed or frozen. Not a deal breaker by any stretch, but it did cost Tops a small cool point. The fries and tots were fried perfectly and seasoned well. And when I say they give you a lot, I mean a lot. An order comes in a bag large enough to feed roughly 500 starving middle school football players. Overall this place absolutely delivers if you are craving a proper greasy burger. It is messy, a little sketchy, and exactly the kind of spot locals love. I will definitely be back the next time my arteries start whispering sweet nothings to me.

This spot is truly a hidden gem! The fresh spring rolls with shrimp and pork are always so fresh and delicious, and the peanut sauce that comes with them is amazing. Their cheese rangoons are perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the pho itself is absolutely fantastic -- comforting, rich, and full of flavor. I've never been disappointed here. THE BEST ASIAN FOOD IN THE PANHANDLE! There hasn't been anything on the menu that my family hasn't devoured. Even my toddlers inhale their fried rice. My favorite is the B4, vermicelli noodles. It's to die for! The C4 white rice dish is also really good. The meat is juicy and flavorful unlike most Vietnamese places. I don't eat pho too much but the pho is delicious, tender meat and very flavorful broth. My husband's favorite is the sweet and sour chicken. read more
