I visited Pho 9 in Federal Heights. This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. I ordered the seafood bowl - there were two shrimp (tasteless) but the rest was "made up" from low grade, tasteless and gummy fish. I think they were going for crab (painted pink fish), calamari (it was stamped fish - the grossest attempt of shaping) and fake scallops - that was really awful. The ingrediants were not only a terrible attempt at making low grade product look like seafood, but so tasteless and the rest of the ingrediants tasted old. I should have taken pictures. Pho-tastic! Really good food and semi friendly service. My first time here and the food was great. Exactly what I needed on a cold winter evening. Great menu selection and inviting atmosphere. Only 2 waitresses working for a packed restaurant - they needed 2 more! Like many other reviews - not the friendliest or staff but they were working their butts off, so I can't blame them. Been here a bunch. Tried a lot of pho all around Denver and this place is top. We were regulars before living right here, now they see us at least once a month. Service is always good, but sometimes they do get a little slower in getting to the table when they get busy, but have never experienced an excessive wait. We always come hungry and leave with leftovers. Consistently good. If you're brave try their dac biet - includes tripe and tendon. They never lack enough meat or noodles. YUM! read more

We ordered 4 small combination phos to go but they all came with rotten bean sprouts and the noodles that came with all four orders were equal to ONE order of noodles when compared to other Pho restaurants. Definitely a favorite pho place in Littleton! I always get the meatball pho. I love that it's not oily and that I don't have to add too many seasonings in my soup. My family enjoys the food here as well and my kids are pretty picky! The veggies are nice and fresh. I like that the condiments are readily available on every table. Customer service is always top notch. I see the same man and woman and they're always so pleasant to us. They always check in on us and make sure we have what we need during our dine in experiences. I do order takeout some times and the food is still good, just as if you're eating in. They always pack and box everything really well. One snowy day, I had a big takeout order and the same man carried the food for me and walked with me to my car. It was somewhat busy that day too! I thought that was really nice. My boyfriend and I come here more often than I'd like to admit... the staff is super friendly and has bent over backwards for us (i.e. offering me water while I wait for takeout, staying open past close when we couldn't get there for our pickup order in time). We usually get it to go, but when we do dine in, our pho is out within five minutes. In terms of flavor, the broth is always piping hot, incredibly flavorful, and all of the fixins they provide surpass other pho places I've eaten at. Do yourself a favor and order the medium #9. You won't regret it... unless you're a vegetarian! P.S. I see a lot of people saying they're not super friendly or inviting... I think we need to realize they are Vietnamese and their culture is different. They speak very broken/little English as well. read more

This place is a close by Pho location that I visit when I'm looking for good Pho close to home. They are able to accommodate vegan preferences, but you just to ask. It's not always easy to understand the person taking phone orders but somehow I manage. I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars because if I drive 20 mins in another direction I can get my 5 star preferred Pho. Just ordered take out trying to support some of those small businesses. When we called they said 15 minutes. I got there in about 15 minutes. They welcomed me by name and I was in and out. The food here is really good but the service is AWFUL. I am a server and I know how stressful it can be when it is super busy but I still am nice and respectful to all the customers. The guy that works there is so rude and makes you feel very uncomfortable and that you are putting him out when you even ask for water. He has zero manners. I was so excited to take my parents here for their first time and I was embarrassed on how poorly we were being treated. Then to top it off I forgot my $40 coffee mug there and I went back the very next day to pick it up and the same rude guy straight up told me he threw it away. I've always killed these people with kindness because they're always rude. We've always tolerated the bad customer service because this place is closest pho to our house. My most recent visit I ordered to go. I ordered a beef rice plate. I called and let them know I got the wrong order (as always I was polite) They didn't apologize once. The kid on the phone said "come back for the right order is my only option" they wouldn't redound me they wouldn't discount my order for inconvenience. When I got there they made me keep the old messed up orders beef and just gave me a side of rice. So the meat was cold. They were rude, unapologetic. We've been regulars here for awhile and before today would have given this restaurant a solid 4 for having good pho with good flavor. Still doesn't compare to some of our favorite places, but still good and close to home. Their other items like the combo noodle bowl and spring rolls are about the same in terms of quality and taste. Today however, we ordered our usuals...a small #15 for me and a medium #16 for him. And I kid you not, in his medium bowl, he was only given no more than 5 pieces of meat! My small bowl had more meat in it than his larger bowl! They are generally pretty generous regarding their meat portions for pho too. So my boyfriend notified them about us being regulars and complained that this is out of the ordinary, and the cook told the server that the meat given is typical of that particular bowl and refused to correct the problem. When we responded that we won't be coming back, the staff verbalized to each other in Vietnamese that they didn't care. What irks me is not only did the cook not attempt to rectify the problem, she didn't even have the nerve to talk to us herself. And being Vietnamese, I was greatly offended hearing her throw a fit in the kitchen 15 feet away shouting in Vietnamese about our complaint. Maybe they weren't aware that somebody could understand them? Unprofessional. Our business is better suited for a restaurant that actually values their customers. read more

Have gone to PHO 333 several times since they opened. It is great to have a PHO restaurant in the area. Everything you would expect from a top rate PHO restaurant. Had to start with a noodle bowl, excellent. Spring rolls, excellent. Vietnamese egg rolls, excellent. And wait the short ribs are out of this world. I've only had the Pho w/ Rare Steak here...and that is all I will review. Pho w/ Rare Steak I've been to at least a dozen Pho shops around town and I would list this place in the top half. It's broth has good flavor, a little on the oniony side, but I prefer that over the Basil'y broths. Your bowl comes with all the accouterments and the service is quick. What else would you want in a Pho shop? I welcome them to the SW side of town, it will be nice to have them in the area! My only complaint is I prefer a little more noodles in my broth, so I just order extra noodles....problem solved! read more

Was looking for a little ethnic flair in Littleton (hard to find for a guy who lived on the east coast) and found it in Pho 333. Decor, look, and feel are exactly what you would expect from a place like this. Nothing amazing, and nothing bad. Service was excellent, they were kind, quick and attentive. That alone would make me come back. As to the food, it was quite good and fresh. Something that you need in a good pho place. I had the rare beef pho and it was cooked to perfection. The side toppings came out fresh and tasty, and all the sauces that you would need were a arms reach away. Was able to customize my dish just the way that I like it. The smell of the broth was normal and surprising to me since I live a block away from Pho central (Fedreal). The noodles were taken out a tad too early since they still had a slight hardness to them. The greens were rinsed before they were brought out and quite fresh. The broth was a little plain but still good with hosin and sriracha. My mom and I had the combination bowl (dac biet) and amount of meat was more than plenty for me. The meat was just a tad rough for me to chew with the noodles but still good. my wife and I came here based on the rave reviews of others, but I left lunch disappointed. The spring rolls were quite good but the vermicelli bowl was sub-par compared to other good Vietnamese restaurants that we go to. Specifically, the egg roll was very sweet and seemed almost prepackaged in quality. It is about the only Vietnamese restaurant in the area thought and the convenience of that's is nice compared to driving to Golden or driving up to Federal Blvd. Plus, it is very clean and the staff was very, very nice. read more
