The pho here is absolutely humongous and for a very decent price. There's plenty of seating inside and there was no rush hour when I went at 6-7 pm on a Wednesday evening. I was seated immediately, given a menu in a timely manner, they gave me around 5 min or so to figure out what I want, and the food arrived within 5 min or so of ordering. I would like to point out that their vegetable dish for the pho was a smaller size than usual but I would like to think that's smart of them so that they're not wasting food. Would definitely come back again if I'm in the area. I feel like the large can feed 2 people or be 2 separate meals. read more

I first came across here desperate for hot soup while I had the flu. It was the first hot meal in a couple weeks and I couldn't taste anything. But my boyfriend said this place reminds him of Hawaii so I knew I had to try it again. It's on the opposite side of trader joes and part of a shopping plaza so there's always parking. Since then, we've already been back several times. Between then we've tried other places, but it has been decided this will be our forever go to Pho restaurant. Hands down best broth, portions, beef in taste and cut, plus we never leave hungry. I only get a "small" pho and it feels like it could be a "large" anywhere else. The broth comes out steaming hot! I typically get the well done brisket and tendon. The tendon is somehow always in one huge-normous piece and is so melt in your mouth tender. It's crazy, I've never had something like this anywhere else. If I do get something else off the menu, the vegetarian summer roles are unbelievably tasty as well. I wish I could eat more than a bowl of pho because even if I was starving I couldn't eat more. Super affordable and great place! read more

The food is world class. My three stars are for service. I work in the service industry and I know casual indifference when I see it. Last night, April 25, 2025, I took my girlfriend out for pho. There are closer restaurants than Pho Basil, but we have always had excellent service here before. The server who greeted us, a young lady, came to the table and asked us if we were ready to order. Not "Hey, welcome to Pho Basil, have you dined with us before? My name is xxx and I would love to serve you!" Anyway, we ordered fried dumplings and a bowl of pho, each. I mentioned to the server that I noticed she wasn't writing anything down. Then I said, "If you forget something, I'm going to be upset." She smiled like I was kidding. I said "I'm not kidding." Ten minutes later, she walked by and I said "Did they forget our dumplings?" "No," she replied. They are coming out next." Seven minutes later, she brought our pho bowls. "So, they DID forget?" I asked. She asked us: "Did nobody bring your dumplings?" I said "No. Are you sure you didn't forget?" She left and returned about five minutes later with piping hot dumplings. The food is excellent. Do not go to Pho Basil with a date. The service, now, is non-existent. read more

Sometimes Yelp leads you to great places and other times leads you to dumps. Unfortunately this time I was directed to a newer Vietnamese restaurant in our area that we were excited to try out. Was greeted for our take out order by a gentleman who couldn't be bothered to lift his ass out of a bar seat. Once at the register, was notified by a piece of paper that take out orders would be charged an additional $.50 per item. Since this is a deceptive marketing practice suggested that this needs to be disclosed to customers online and on phone with a response of "huh-huh"?! Ok, obviously been a hard day in this restaurant and immediately understood their attitude when I opened our orders first box. This place has been able to take out all the spice, vibrancy, and color that we desire from Vietnamese food. If you could possibly collect all the non- desirable aspects of food in general, this place was able to assemble it in our order. Pad Thai bland, crab rangoon over fried, and pho a pathetic representation of a great dish. read more

Unprofessional customer service. The store close at 9PM, I went in at 8:10PM, ordered a pho bowl. I literally just had my second bite and the waitress already brought out the bill to me. Are you guys trying to shoo your customer away when it's not even closing time yet? On top of that, I did ask for extra green onion. We came here a few nights ago and met up with some friends. The weather was rainy and cool so it was a perfect night for pho. This was our first time here and we were instantly greeted when we came in. The first thing you notice when you come in is the entire restaurant is clean and bright but also cozy in the evenings. We (my partner and I) started our order with a couple of beers and shared a plate of crab cheese wantons. Now, I've had my fair share of crab cheese wantons in the Denver/Littleton area, and sometimes it is hit or miss, but THIS PLACE fried them to perfection. They weren't burnt and they weren't soggy, they were literally one of the best wantons I've ever eaten and you could tell they were fresh and made to order. We then ordered two medium veggie and tofu pho with veggie broth and they were equally phenomenal. There was a nice variety of veggies and the hoisin added the perfect amount of sweetness and a little saltiness to the already great broth. The noodles were also a great consistency. The waiter that brought our food was also so kind and he had us laughing with a couple of jokes which is a nice touch, honestly. Both him and our waitress were very kind and they made us feel welcome the whole time we were there. We will be back and will be ordering out as well in the near future! read more

Just...no. All around no. Service bad. Empty resturaunt. Food was cold. Egg rolls are bad. Wontons we're cold. I mean go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not support this business and the scum of who the owner is. We ordered takeout for our first meals from this place and were looking forward to it. It traveled home sealed and unopened. When we opened our food, we saw a bug appear, and it definitely came from the food, not anywhere else, as it was sealed until that moment. So, we were disgusted and threw the food away. When we called about it to let them know, we wanted a replacement and they offered a refund. Under the impression we could get replacements, like a reasonable thing to do, we revisited the restaurant and they told us we are not getting replacements and never going to be served at this restaurant again, according to the owner. This is completely unacceptable customer service and poor business practice. We have never experienced this treatment in food service before and genuinely wanted to support the business despite the issue. We were not upset until we were refused service by the owner. The people who run this place need to own to their mistakes, learn how to treat the people that they serve right, and how to make things right. It's unbelievable that this even happened, but I guess when you own your own business, you can do whatever you want, right? Which means disappointing people who want to put money in your pocket, but being an asshole instead. read more

I'm a pho snob, but my regular place tanked and I decided to try Pho Basil. Best choice, everything is delicious. Lots of different veggies and ridiculously good veggie broth. If you like pho please try them out, it's my new favorite place. The people are really nice too! I'm always on the hunt for good pho and I would say this is one of the best! The broth was perfect. Veggies were fresh. Brisket was not tough and had just a little melt in your mouth fat on it. The woman serving us was extremely nice. After seeing us eat the spring rolls improperly she explained the customary way to eat them. Never knew we were supposed to wrap them with lettuce, bean sprouts, and rice noodles. We will definitely go back. I highly recommend! read more
