If you're in the Littleton area, this is the go to spot when you're craving a bowl of pho. The pho broth is very well made so the flavor feels very rich. It's very flavorful. The rice plate was delicious with plenty of meat and rice. The meat was also very tasty. The wings were good but I wish they had more of that fish sauce kick. They have been consistently good with what you'd expect from a suburban pho shop with good Vietnamese egg rolls, etc. They've got a good location, clean storefront, lots of parking, and friendly fast service. We've never done a to-go order because we live too far away. We stopped by this place because it was near our hotel, and it was pretty decent Vietnamese food. It was busy and part of the restaurant was under construction, but we were seated and served quickly. The reviews are true. The service here is super crappy. My mom daughter and I entered and the employees just looked at us. We sat ourselves and then after we made ourselves comfortable one of the employees asked us to move to a booth. The move wasn't optional. The food is okay too. I've had better pho other places. OH! And not to mention there was a small bug in one of our carrots that was in our pOverall, wouldn't drive to this location again. Will be exploring other pho restaurants. read more

I come to Pho 9 a couple times a month to get my fix. I typically get a bowl of pho and side of summer rolls. Pho broth is always flavorful and summer rolls are rolled tightly and have the correct ratio of ingredients. This used to be the go to pho spot in Littleton. I would even take it over the OG spots on federal. Over the years they have raised their prices and skimp on meat portions. A large bowl is not $15 which would be fine if they didn't give you a double portion of noodles and barely any meat. They used to give you a ton of meat, and the last few times I've been I'm literally fishing for a piece of meat. Very disappointing. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Used to drive all the way to Federal for good pho but this spot is now my go-to favorite and it's close by! My little one loves the steamed dumplings and I usually get a rare steak pho (the besstt) or combination rice or noodle plate. The crab cheese wontons are delicious as are the Vietnamese egg rolls. The only complaint that I have is that when my husband asked if there was hoisin in the bag the guy said yes, when he got home it was hoisin and sriracha mixed in a small container... The second time I was there, the soup smelled rotten, seems from The leftover from previous night since I was there in their early opening.
