They have been consistently good with what you'd expect from a suburban pho shop with good Vietnamese egg rolls, etc. They've got a good location, clean storefront, lots of parking, and friendly fast service. We've never done a to-go order because we live too far away. The reviews are true. The service here is super crappy. My mom daughter and I entered and the employees just looked at us. We sat ourselves and then after we made ourselves comfortable one of the employees asked us to move to a booth. The move wasn't optional. The food is okay too. I've had better pho other places. OH! I got the pork steak and the pork was literally raw!!My mom got the pho and the broth literally tasted like it was half instant broth. Super salty with a weird tanginess. This used to be the go to pho spot in Littleton. I would even take it over the OG spots on federal. Over the years they have raised their prices and skimp on meat portions. A large bowl is not $15 which would be fine if they didn't give you a double portion of noodles and barely any meat. They used to give you a ton of meat, and the last few times I've been I'm literally fishing for a piece of meat. Very disappointing. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. My little one loves the steamed dumplings and I usually get a rare steak pho (the besstt) or combination rice or noodle plate. The crab cheese wontons are delicious as are the Vietnamese egg rolls. The only complaint that I have is that when my husband asked if there was hoisin in the bag the guy said yes, when he got home it was hoisin and sriracha mixed in a small container...
