We were just passing through El Paso, and read about the restaurant at our motel. We haven't had good Pho since we moved from Anchorage, AK. I was happy to read the reviews and they were 100% right. The only down side was that we ordered a regular size and got a large! As Seniors, our appetites aren't as big as they once were. I'm bringing the leftovers to my 2 great-grandkids for their lunch in a day or two. Can't say enough good things about Pho 24. Their wonderful Pho warms the body and the soul too. Pho 24 - Pho noodles #7 - Vietnamese Near Me - El Paso, Texas

I give this place 1 star because the way they treat the employee was beyond terrible. This is our third times here and each time we enjoyed our meals but the third time, I was scared to witness something that I can't unseen. The waitress who took our orders forgot to put "a kid pho" on the order and I cancelled after they brought out everyone food except the kid pho. She went and told the chef and the chef literally yelling at her and saying something like " where is the kid pho on the order?"...It was so embarrassing for her and I felt bad for canceling the order. No one should be treating like that...No job is too small to be treated like that...I can't support a business like this. I am Vietnamese and I'm embarrassed myself. We'll never come back here. For that young waitress, I am sorry that they treated you like that. I hope you find a better place to work. read more

I stayed for a week in Saigon in March 2018 and Pho 24 does an excellent job preparing its dishes to briefly transport you to Vietnam by giving you an authentic meal. The seafood Pho is my favorite dish, but I have tried the Three Bean Dessert and various shrimp rolls as well as the shrimp Vermicelli. All three meals are charbroiled and come with various sauces at an affordable price. Pho 24 offers savory meal options and you don't have to worry about breaking your budget! read more

I had the steamed rice and pork. The rice was cooked nicely and the meat seasoned well. This was a nice change of pace from the other places around town. Not to mention I don't feel gross after eating it since it's pretty clean food for the most part. read more

I moved here to El Paso a few months ago and have tried pho places and it never quite was what I wanted. I saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing, the hostess/waitress was amazing. I definitely found my new favorite spot for pho. read more

By far the best Pho in El Paso. The steak bowl is a tasty one and the vegetables are fresh. The price is affordable. The boba teas are also delicious! I love going and I always feel welcome by the staff. read more

tre bien has been my favorite, but i would say the pho here is close to tied for my favorite now, i actually have to go back to tre bien one more time to compare lol. love the nice bunch of basil they serve, and when i asked for more white onion, they brought a heaping bowl and asked if i needed anything else. the soup is very clean tasting and light. the meat was great, especially the brisket (i had rare steak + brisket). Good price at $9 for the large bowl. i'm used to brisk asian service that is completely the opposite of western service but the workers here (probably owners) are all smiles. look forward to coming back :3 read more

Absolutely, positively, the worst PHO I have ever eaten.. The customer service was a joke. The place a multitude of people walking from outside into the back kitchen without washing there hand. We ordered three different Pho Bowls and they all came with the same broth. And the meat was old and had a freezer burnt taste. read more

If i could I would give this place 0 Stars the vietnamese owner yelled at me for no reason and i went to start my first day of washing dishes someone really needs to calm him down not only did he draw attention to me, he disrespected me he made me look like a fool also very disappointed he lost a customer and a employee read more

After flying back in town, I was craving pho and we picked this place. We got the spring rolls and pho. The spring rolls and peanut sauce were delicious! And the pho was awesome! The broth was soo good and even though we got larges, we both ate all of it. The basil brought out was perfect not wilted or anything. My only complaint is that I ran out of noodles too quickly. The staff were attentive and nice as well! I will be back here next time I'm in town! read more

Delicious Pho! Had the large pho bowl with all 3 meats in it, and it was very authentic and tasty. We will be back no doubt! The environment is very clean and well taken care of. Give this place a try! read more

No frills Vietnamese food. Pretty solid pho and vermicelli noodles. The service is friendly and fast.

Tried the seafood pho and the spring rolls- both were very delicious! Also, great service!

Pho is ok, service was good until Jonathan (the owner, I think) started telling the young lady that she had taken a previous order wrong. The way he was talking to her, he was humiliating her. He told her to go about three times, after the third time, she did!!!! I would of left the minute he started belittling me. So Jonathan was left as the server, he NEVER came to ask if we needed anything, he came to fill our glasses of water when we were done and he said that I should've called him to tell him that I needed water. WHAT??? I don't think I'll go back, extremely rude person with his employees. read more

First time here! Came for dinner with my mom and little sister. Sunday night at about 7. The place had quite a few people, but there was no wait. It did take awhile for us to be acknowledged by an employee. I had to go up to the counter and ask for the menu. The place is very smoky from the food. I have a feeling we will be leaving here smelling like food Now on to the food; I ordered the pho hai San (seafood) my mom ordered the brisket, my sister ordered steak and brisket. I also ordered some shrimp spring roll. Again, they took awhile to bring out the spring rolls. The shrimp spring rolls are, average. Nothing different or anything to make it stand out. The peanut sauce doesn't have enough peanut taste. But that just may be my own personal preference. The actual broth is really good, not too fatty! The noodles are really good too! They weren't soggy / over cooked or undercooked they were perfect! However I only got 1 scallop 3 shrimp and about 2 octopus pieces. The toppings for the pho was definitely not enough. We had to ask for more & it again took forever for them to bring it out. Other than that the food is good, very slow service. 2 stars because of service 3.5 stars for overall food read more

The pho was pathetically small for such a large price, and the meatball pho had almost no meat in it. The rice plates were very good in size and quality. The boba was more like a slushy that came with tapioca. Overall too expensive for what they give. read more

We live out of town and every time we come to El Paso (about 2x a month) we HAVE to hit up Pho 24.... It isn't much to look at BUT the pho makes up for it! The spring rolls are spectacular and they are some of the nicest people to talk to... this is my go-to place read more

so, I heard about this place having such amazing pho, I decided to go try it out. as soon as I got there the waitress that was working greeted me, sat me at a table, and immediately started to tend to me. As other customers came in the waitress started attending them as she was the only waitress working. She was very good at handling all of her customers at once. Ten minutes in to me eating, I'm hear a man yelling from the back in a very hostile way. I look around and me and the other customers have the same look on our face. The waitress came back from the back with a embarrassed look on her face and started apologizing to us customers. Apparently the owner had got there and started yelling and screaming at this poor waitress, making it uncomfortable for us customers to enjoy our food. About ten minutes later the owner comes to the front and again yelling at the waitress. This was a display of disgust to see the owner yelling and belittling his employee this way, especially in front of paying customers. The waitress showed her customers nothing but excellent customer service and stayed calm and continued to perform her duties and tended to us. As we all felt uncomfortable we all started asking for go boxes and our tab and we all left. This was a horrible experience, even though the food may have been good the behavior the owner showed was disgusting and for that I wouldn't go back nor recommend it to anyone read more

Once again we're enjoying the delicious food and friendly atmosphere of his great little restaurant. We've been here four times now.

My dad and I were in town yesterday and gave Pho 24 a shot. We weren't expecting much since we came from garden grove where there were tons of options for Vietnamese food, but Pho 24 blew us away with the quality of their food. It tasted exactly how we like our Pho to taste! The broth was perfect and did not need any adjustments. We recommend this place to anybody who would like quality, authentic tasting Pho.
