But they didn't communicate with me until after I had paid 190 dollars that it was required that I pay another 65 dollars for an online zoom meeting with my dog. I couldn't justify paying 2 dollars a minute for a zoom call for my dog on top of the original fee! I understand an in person consult requiring some cost but 65 dollars for 30 minutes all online was not worth it. Unfortunately I had to request a refund and am looking for other trainers in the area that might be a better fit.

We just added a wonderful but reactive guy to our household. When regular class proved too much for him, Megan came to our home and gave us great support, techniques, strategies and equipment insights to help make life more pleasant for him and us. And speaking of classes, we went through the family dog class, taught by Maria, with our daughter's rescue Rottweiler. It was fun, clear, and made a world of difference for a dog that is now praised as a "perfect" resident of a Denver apartment building! Both Megan and Maria are highly professional, staying current on the best evidence-based training techniques and upgrading their own knowledge. They are also both committed to positive reinforcement training that improves the bond between owner and dog. They offer a full range of classes and individual instruction. They are super!

Alden was immediately communicative on how we can work through all of those barriers. After the first training session, I was already blown away with how responsive my normally stubborn dog was. Fast forward three training sessions later and we had a full trail walk with him listening heeling, and ignoring other dogs. I've never felt so comfortable and stress free walking Otis in a crowded place even walking him off leash! He's even helped address Otis' door aggression when people come over. I highly recommend Alden and Sit means Sit!

I baby my dog (don't we all?) and knew quickly she was in very capable and compassionate hands. He trained us both well and I was amazed at the speed she made progress. My occasional problem child is now the envy of the dog park. Most importantly, her life is much richer now that I can trust her recall and let her be free to explore. Couldn't have done it without your guidance and I'm excited to see how she continues to progress!

He is very responsive to questions that arise and always gives very thoughtful responses. Clay asked me at the beginning what my goals were and has made sure that we have met them. He has always been prompt, responsive and courteous. He has helped me understand my dog so much better and we have made good progress. I highly recommend Clay for your dog training needs!

I wanted to make sure Roo and I would be safe with all of the added stimulus the city brings. We primarily worked on leash training and Roo's confidence. Clay gave us the tools we needed to continue training on our own even after our sessions ended. He still checks in months later and is always available for any questions we have. Roo went from pulling me on a leash and being as stubborn as ever, to walking by my side perfectly. She is confident on the street and is able to go in to stores with me daily. It has made my life infinitely easier and our time together far more enjoyable. If you're looking for a dog trainer/forever resource with fair pricing and awesome results, look no further than Clay!
