My husband and i have also used PaperRozzi's services for framing. Framing is expensive so if you are going to get it done - have it done by people who actually care. She was excellent at giving us options and helping us make decisions on background matting, etc. The selection for wedding invitations was unreal - it took myself and two girlfriends two hours to figure it all out and Roz was patient during the whole process. Thank you for being such a great establishment in Rochester. Love you two!

We started off thinking we didn't care too much about the invitations--because we thought (incorrectly), who remembers an invitation? But once we started looking, we decided that we didn't want something out-of-the-box and boring. Amy created a gorgeous invitation suite and customized it further with a little art we requested. And she did these gorgeous letterpress invitations better price than the boring, digitally printed generic stuff we saw at invitation stores. When we received our invitations, I didn't want to take them out of the gorgeous boxes she packed them in--her packaging alone was Pinterest worthy! I would hire her just to wrap holiday gifts if I could, it was that lovely. But alas, we opened the boxes, assembled the invitation suites and mailed everything out. And the rave reviews are POURING in. I never expected it, but we are getting emails and phone calls from loads of friends and family telling us how our invitations are the best they've ever seen. Amy is a pleasure to work with. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.
