When I started dumping the trailer, it flew off my ball hitch and smashed into my back bumper causing damage to my suv! I allowed them to hook up the trailer, "my fault that I didn't double check their work, I own this part..." Needless to say, the ball hitch collar lock was way too tight. So I had a hell of a time putting the trailer back on the hitch. Then it dawned on me, I drove to Salem and back without the trailer fully hooked into the ball. Wow, this could have been a lot worse then just the damage to my truck! The owner was very apologetic, but dam! I should have gotten half off, or no charge for this at least. Nope, full charge and damage to my rear bumper.

I met him at his little store on 12th and he drove me to his storage unit where I was introduced to the entire city of Salem's safety rain jacket supply. So this is where they all are! Prices are just about right for these 3M Safety Certified yadda yadda jackets. There's no way you'll find them cheaper online, especially if you include shipping. Upon getting the equipment to my house and beginning to use it it became evident one of the guides that the trimmer wire goes through was missing. This resulted in me having to constantly feed out of more line as it was always breaking. I was unable to complete even a third of the job I need to do because of the faulty equipment and Ended up having to borrow a friends piece of equipment in order to finish the job. I understand that accidents happen and it wasn't the end of the world the equipment wasn't up to par. My big problem was how they treated me when I went back and tried to explain my problem and the fact that I wasn't able to use the equipment. They didn't want to hear anything I had to say about it, and surely did not offer me a refund on any of the money I spent to rent the equipment originally. I was disappointed big-time, total waste of $50.
