Really took their time on fixing minor problems, lasted me a whole month with out a truck, also…read morefailed to tell me they took the truck out on the road with out fuel and that the truck died out on them on the road and couldn't figure out the fuel pumping method to prime lines to get the truck started after you fuel it back up, also charged for their hours and mistake getting the truck back up to the shop, my boss informed me but I find it really strange when the truck had fuel and I have my receipts, dishonest business is my opinion. The big guy that runs the maintenance area is really rude and seems like he hates people and his life, not friendly at all. Kelly is really nice and responsive, I wouldn't recommend this place for business.

Upon getting the equipment to my house and beginning to use it it became evident one of the guides that the trimmer wire goes through was missing. This resulted in me having to constantly feed out of more line as it was always breaking. I was unable to complete even a third of the job I need to do because of the faulty equipment and Ended up having to borrow a friends piece of equipment in order to finish the job. I understand that accidents happen and it wasn't the end of the world the equipment wasn't up to par. My big problem was how they treated me when I went back and tried to explain my problem and the fact that I wasn't able to use the equipment. They didn't want to hear anything I had to say about it, and surely did not offer me a refund on any of the money I spent to rent the equipment originally. I was disappointed big-time, total waste of $50.
