No apology. I ordered lights in mid July, told a few weeks, it's now mid October with no delivery date yet. I will say the tech who did come out to do the demo, and discovered the missing parts, was a great guy. Seemed to know his stuff. Too bad he is retiring. They were slammed and booked weeks out. However!!! In between jobs Bob and Tyler were trouble shooting the issue...found the problem and AGAIN declined compensation. Woodard worked with us all the way, as the skin was peeled off we saw all the damage and approved the extra repairs during the process. In the end it was a 30% cost over the initial estimate but they did 200% more work. They basically rebult the entire camper, replaced the roof, the siding, and all the insulation. We now have a brand new camper for a third of the price of a new one. When the job was complete and we got the camper back home there were a few nit picky items I had, when I called Tyler came over to my house and fixed everything I wanted. One of the items had nothing to do with his repairs but he fixed it anyway at no extra charge. We could not be happier with the end result. I am not an internet person and have never posted a review before but the quality of their work and their integrity during the repair process made me feel that I should let people know what a good shop this is. I highly recommend Woodard RV repair.
