Kevin was very knowledgeable about zoning restrictions and explained how the grading of my land could impact water retention information that was important before removing trees. The final result was excellent. He was punctual, respectful of my property and my neighbor's property line, and even went above and beyond by completing some additional work since the original scope was finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Kevin for anyone needing forestry mulching or excavating services.

He walked our entire area with us and thoroughly discussed what he would exactly do. His communication was excellent. He truly cares about doing what is right and best for his customers and the environment. We had gotten several estimates from other companies, and the communication with those companies was severely lacking. Kevin's quote was less than half the price and his work also encompassed cleaning and clearing up significantly more area than what we were quoted from the others. While he was working, he stopped several times to confirm he cleared exactly what we had requested. He also mulched up a large pile of cut branches that we were in the process of disposing of, that was not quoted in our estimate. Kevin was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Our experience working with him highly exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again. The final result is awesome and it is great to have our views back.

I regret choosing this company for my kitchen rebuild after a flood. Despite their polite and…read moreseemingly detail-oriented approach at first, their work did not meet the standards expected for a high-quality kitchen project. When mistakes were made, they were not acknowledged or corrected but instead covered up, and their response quickly turned unprofessional. Some of the major issues included: Design flaws that resulted in unworkable solutions, which Onur refused to rectify. Poor attention to detail in measuring, planning, and managing the project, turning what should have been a 4-5 day job into a frustrating two-month ordeal. Installation problems that remain unresolved because Onur refuses to take responsibility. Two costly issues still unresolved: A custom-built laundry room that wasn't designed to be large enough to properly cover the existing washer and dryer and a floor-to-ceiling swing-out pantry cabinet that, despite being shown with back shelves in the original design, was delivered without them--something Onur insists is "normal," even though my previous pantry of the same style included shelves. So its "normal" for the shelves to swing out and provide access to no shelves and more storage?!?!? I have included pic of these two example but have many more of other details that just don't look good up close. Unfortunately, I've been left with no choice but to hire another company to fix their mistakes. I would strongly caution others to think twice before working with this company. It was a very negative and frustrating experience.

They're friendly and responsive and very meticulous with their work. I am so happy with the work that was done on our kitchen! I 100% recommend them!

When scheduling, I specifically asked whether they could provide at least a ballpark estimate for snaking a bathtub drain. I was told there was no way to provide pricing information until a technician saw the issue in person. At the same time, I was assured their pricing was "the best in the business," that the owner operates with integrity, and that they are not in the business of gouging customers. Based on those representations, I agreed to schedule service. I was told that due to the snowstorm and several frozen pipe emergencies, the earliest available appointment was Saturday. I understood that weather can create legitimate service delays and agreed to wait. However, late Friday evening, the night before the scheduled Saturday appointment, I received a text stating the plumber would not be able to come because they were behind schedule. The next available appointment was Tuesday. That resulted in a five-day wait from my original call for a routine drain issue. When the technician arrived on Tuesday, I was quoted $550 to snake a single bathtub drain. The work took approximately 30 minutes. After receiving the quote, I texted the office referencing the earlier statement about having the best prices in the business. I was then told that they had not said that, only that their prices were competitive. If $550 is the standard rate for this service, that information could have been shared when I specifically asked for even a general idea of cost. Being told that no pricing guidance could be provided, while simultaneously being reassured about superior pricing and integrity, created expectations that did not align with the final quote. The technician did clear the clog. However, he did not remove his shoes or use protective coverings despite snow and mud outside, and water was tracked into the home. This experience combined a last-minute cancellation due to scheduling issues, a five-day wait for service, no upfront pricing transparency, and a $550 charge for approximately 30 minutes of work. Prospective customers, particularly those who are cost- or time-sensitive, should request written pricing information and obtain comparison quotes before proceeding.
