How wrong was I? Haviv & Sandy were lovely. My first impression set the tone when they suggested that I should go to Long's as they sell the watches I wanted appraised. They were trying to do the best for me over just getting business. I explained my experience at Long's and Haviv & Sandy said they would take care of me. And they did. I left with an appraisal after some great conversation about Vegas. Lovely couple and so friendly. Watching them interact with other customers confirmed they treat everyone the same.
