So now it took me 9 weeks to finally see the doctor. Now I have seen the doctor and am waiting for a call to get the surgery scheduled. It has been 2 weeks and no call. I am learning that to see a doctor and get a health issue taken care of is ridiculous. Once again, once there the experience was just fine.

I have been a patient here for several years, and every single appointment with him feels like an inconvenience to him. He is consistently rude, impatient, dismissive, and visibly annoyed the moment he walks into the room. I have never dealt with a doctor who seems so miserable and frustrated just doing his job. His bedside manner is awful, and over the years it has become clear that he cares less and less about his patients and more about rushing people out the door. It honestly makes the entire experience uncomfortable and discouraging. It's disappointing because the rest of the staff is wonderful, but one person's attitude can completely change the experience.

I would go in for checkups after my surgery and he wouldnt even take my knee brace off to check my knee. He said i would be off crutches after a month. Six months went by and my knee was still swollen and i was still on crutches. Everytime i went in for checkups he said that it would be fine and that there was nothing wrong with my knee. I asked him how he would know without even looking at my knee or doing xrays or mri's. He rudely said that i need to suck it up and continue physical therapy. I transfered to another doctor who did an mri and he said that the surgery was half assed and was done improperly. He didnt even fix part of my miniscus. A few months later i saw him at a memorial golf tournament and he was drunk off his ass cursing at the girl in the snack bar and saying sexually descriminate and racist things to her as he walked out. The admin and office staff failed to get my referral and needed documents in a timely and professional manner. When scheduling an appointment, the office staff engaged in hostile and manipulative behavior when I expressed unhappiness about the wait time for my first appointment. Bill W. said he refused care for my language and behavior in-person and on the phone. In-person I simply said, "don't I get to be a little upset for having to wait 8-years for this referral and then 7 weeks for my initial appointment with Enloe?" And I said that people should stop thanking veterans for their service since people obviously don't care about veterans. On the phone and voicemails, I expressed my unhappiness with the wait time, the non-guarantee for the MRI, which is what the referral was for. I also expressed my view that the office staff was discriminatory toward me based on my demographics. And that the office staff was not representative of the population it served. For these egregious errors on my part, Bill W. refused me care. I have filed complaints for how I was treated by Enloe. When I received the care refusal letter, I had to call the Vet Crisis Line.

Been waiting in an empty er for 3 hours with my girlfriend having severe abdominal pain…read more It has now been 4 1/2 hours the room has somewhat filled and emptied around us twice It has now been 6 hours and every time I talk to a nurse they act like it's our fault that we are here oh and it has filled and emptied again for a third time It has now been about 7 hours finally got a room and there is a needle in the back of the bed after she got verbally attacked by the doctor and the nurse shoved a Covid test so far up her nose it still hurts 5 min later 3 nurses just came in the room and they all saw the needle but decided to leave it I watched them stare at it

He really looks at what may be the problem and what other options can be done before jumping to surgery. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to the billing dept. Granted they have quite a few doc's and I'm sure billing can be complicated, but I've gotten 7 or 8 bills but only been there 3 times. Some where for procedures that never happened. All in all, he (and his nurse) are worth it. Just keep track of your billing.
