Had an appointment with Dr. Verhoog. Had heard amazing good things as about him from patient…read more reviews and also his surgical staff. I was really looking forward to meeting him. I arrived at my appointment with my husband. We were taken to an exam room. Dr Verhoog came in. Did not introduce himself, (I have never met him), did not greet me or my husband. Asked me what was going on with my knee. I gave him a brief summery of thr issue. He did a physical exam. Said he would get x rays. Walked out of the room. I had the x rays done there in the office. Went back to the exam room. Dr Vorhoog came back in, sat in front of the computer, brought the x rays up. Explained that I have severe arthritis, bone spurs. Then gave me a BMI chart, circling my number, which is high, something that I obviously know. Told me this can cause an eight times more likely blood clot. Then told me "I was like an old car, how much money did I want to put in it". I was stunned at his la k of professional manner, his rudness, lack of basic courtesy. Needless to say, I will not be going back to him. So disappointed. In addition, I have worked with Dignoty Health for many years, and to be treated so poorly by a professional in my "medical Family " was even more upsetting.

I was really hesitant to get physical therapy on my wrist…read more I just wanted it to get better on its own and didn't want to deal with the hassle of coming in twice a week. But after my first appointment I was ready to come back. The therapy that Debbie, the hand therapist, was excellent! She was informative, caring, funny and really attempted to get to know me. I truly felt like she was a very genuine person. The facility appeared to be very laid back. I constantly heard staff saying hello to patients as if they actually remembered them from previous appointments - which is a nice feeling. On a side point: the paraffin hand wax, hot packs and hand massage was AMAZING!!

Helped me out in so many ways both with his own time and money and even opened up his own home to me so I could come work out and repair the damages that had been done from frosh football. I was poor, very little money and he had me work for my PT work but the work i did and the time I did would not even of paid for a burger. He was the driving force today why I have been successful with my businesses and why I help people out who need help! Ed Stroman is the Who's Who and a great Man, human being, and a great person. I can not put in words how he changed my life. On a side note Paul Johnson was also apart of that and the same can be said about him and those two men are more man than most men in a town alone! I wish those two men nothing but great things in life!

The staff was always very attentive to their needs, and our own family concerns and kept us informed of any changes that occurred. Their rehab staff is top notch, as was their nursing staff in fact my mother literally did not want to come home. The food was always visually appealing, high quality, and tasted good which is not an easy thing to do when serving food in an institutionalized setting. The activities program were always fun, my parent's became avid bingo fanatics. Social services were kind and receptive to our families needs. I truly can not say enough good things, and would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone.

Thankfully the family was able to move him to Red Bluff Healthcare. The difference with the care and rehab at RBHC was like night and day and he immediately began to gain strength and make progress! I think the friendly, happy and caring atmosphere there makes all the difference as we noticed the improvement in dad's attitude and motivation right away. The whole staff worked as a team to help dad reach his goals and celebrated his successes along the way. By the time he completed his rehab and was released to come home, we felt like the staff had become extended family! RBHC is a great facility with a team of folks who genuinely care . We are so thankful we were able to have dad here while he recovered.

Jenna in the office is so unhelpful to patients that we had to call back and ask to speak to the office manager, Stephanie. She was worse!
