He explained my different options and together we made a decision. Dr's office staff was very helpful, too. My insurance had previously told me he was a preferred provider and then went back on it, charging me out of network rates. They waited for payment while I hashed it out with insurance. The office is fully entitled to request payment while I deal with insurance, but they were understanding and kind - and in the end my insurance paid. I would certainly recommend Dr Phillip Jones.

Went to Dr. Lamb the best back surgeon in Redding! I ended up with a 5 1/2 surgery to fix the problem! Fast forward I end up at Shasta Orthopaedics again in 2023 with stenosis of the lumbar 3, Dr. Jenkins said he would send two referrals for a Orthotics surgeon, and a nerve test! Waited 3 months no calls on those referrals, called Dr. Jenkins office and they said they forgot to send in the referrals in! Waited 3 months in pain for nothing! Back to Shasta Orthopaedics for wrist surgery! Had trigger finger, carpal tunnel surgery, and a old spider spayed taken out of my wrist and another pit back in! Went home after surgery started having a 9 level pain! Found out that the stupid doctor send me home with 5 mg Norco, might as well have given me aspirin! Called his office and his low I.Q. help answered, I wanted them to get a hold of the doctor and send in a subscription for 10 mg Norco that I should have had in the first place, they started arguing with me and told me I should go buy some Advil! Her I'm in a 9 pain level and they tell.me to buy Advil, when the doctor had just cut though thousands of fiber nerves! So I raise my voice, and she went and told the low I Q doctor I yelled at her, which I didn't! So now I became the Boogie man! Finally I get the subscription and pain relief after hours of B.S. pain! Now I go back fory appointment and a X-ray, I get a new cast on my waist, well the clown wraps the cast to tight on the top of the hand where the spider plate was! The surgery on trigger finger, carpal tunnel, and the spider plate was a total failure, 26,000 dollars and and whole lot of pain for nothing! Now I show up for a pre-op the front desk said have to reschedule your appointment, because the lying doctor had emergency surgery gone, but they could have text us but they didn't! Now since the surgery was a failure they decided to check the nerves in the thumb which they should have done before surgery! I check in at the front desk and they hand me a form to sign saying I'm aware that the doctor I'm going to see is on probation? Ate you kidding me? I said what did he do they said we can tell.you, but you call go to this site and get your answer!!! I did and it was very disturbing! Finally my last appointment with Dr Ferraro, the guy didn't give a damn about the failed surgery or the pain! So I told him to.put his practice where the sun don't shine! Now the lying Dr. Ferraro has made me out to be the boogyie man and is in the process of blackmailing from medical help, I the worst carpal tunnel in both wrists and pain that you can have! Dr. Ferraro is evil! Sorry for any miss spelled words!
