TIFFANY destroyed my daughters hair!!! TERRIBLE- terrible experience!!! First time ever coloring her hair and TIFFANY burned and over-processed it. Left bleach on for 80 minutes with HEAT and foil- totally cooked it. It was GREY and ORANGE and FRIED !!!!!! TIFFANY'S "fix" was almost as bad as the balayage. Booked 3 other clients at the same time of my daughters appointment. She was too busy to pay attention to my daughter. REFUSED to give us any reparations for the damage. Greedy and unprofessional. Owner aware and did NOTHING to fix this terrible outcome. My daughter still cries and its 3 months later!!! Beware of color/ hair by TIFFANY- just an awful experience. Pictures say it ALL. read more

Went here today for the first time for an unscheduled haircut and was able to be seen by Abby. I never leave reviews - ever, but everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Tiffany is an amazing hair colorist and stylist! There is NO ONE else I would trust with my hair! She is knowledgeable, professional and amazing at what she does! Above all, she lets you know what's best for your overall hair health (like the time i asked her to make my hair as blonde as possible ). She's done my hair for all of life's great occasions (my wedding , baby shower, and a much needed new mommy makeover) and I can't recommend her more! Phillip Michael is a top notch salon! Everyone who works there is so kind, accommodating, and awesome. The prices are amazing, the salon is always kept pristine, and the stylists are professional and great at what they do. Went to Tiffany after a hair disaster at a DIFFERENT salon. I have to say I am so pleased! She not only was able to correct the mistake the other salon made, but she was also able to give me the original look I desired! She took her time, listened, and had extensive knowledge on what to do. She also gave me a fantastic hair cut. The salon was very nice, clean, and all of the workers were friendly. Out of all the places I used to get my haircut, (i.e. Local Barbers/Local Salon's even in town's right near me) I have never found a place where it's just a pleasure to be in there and just have a good time with whomever is cutting your hair or for anything else. I went to Michelle for my color and extensions. She is absolutely amazing, especially with blonde. She did a reverse ombre for me that came out fantastic..constant compliments! I'll never come back here again. To each is own, so I'm not bashing the place, just rating off of my experience. First time to this salon since my hair stylist moved away. The prices are double then what I have paid at other salons. Personally, hate how my hair looks now and it looks nothing like I explained and visually shown of what i wanted. I just moved to the area and was lucky enough to find this salon here on yelp! I was in desperate need of color and a cut, and called up and asked Susan if they had any openings "today". She said no, made an appt for the next day for me and told me if there were any cancellations today she would call me and let me know. She called just a few minutes later and found a slot for me in the schedule with Christie. Super accommodating and excellent customer service on her part! I got to the salon and met with Christie (a young, beautiful girl who has been working here for 3 years) and she was fantastic! She took the time with me to explain my options (I was a brunette with minimal highlights and longggg, damaged hair). I wanted to go blonde "just give me a lot of highlights" I had said. Christie suggested hair painting, and based on how beautifully her hair was colored, I trusted her suggestion. I couldn't have been happier! I wanted to go bleach blonde and Christie made sure not to over process my already damaged hair. She used a toner because my hair has a tendency of turning orange with bleach and the final outcome (including cut and styling) was BEAUTIFUL! My hair felt silky, without taking off too much length, and looked #PERFECT.
