Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. This season, they came and did our neighbors lawn and we figured that they didn't have enough time, so my Husband called to leave a message to find out when we were scheduled. We received no call, but an email stating that we had been terminated. They did something wrong and we were terminated after 14 years. Fine, even though we did nothing wrong, it is their perogative, but be professional enough and not cowardly and call the customer you have had for 14 years to tell them what the reason for termination is and don't wait until the cutting season starts and make us reach out before you terminate. It's bad form for a company to be vindictive in that way. We have called to talk to them several times, with no reply. If they will do this to a customer of 14 years, they will definitely do it to a new person.

He assured me they would I was left with my daughter's barden completely destroyed and an eyesore of ivy needles on my siding. it looks much worse than before.
