Sorry, as a paying client, I don't want to hear that. I want my lawyer to be swamped helping me, not putting me on the back burner. I have found that in general, attorney patent filing fees are absurd. I didn't end up using the attorney for that, not because I couldn't afford it, but because despite my questioning for details and fee justification, he failed to convince me that the time he claimed that would be invested in my filing was worth the thousands of dollars he charges. There is so much good, accurate and FREE information on the Internet/YouTube on this subject. I filed my patent by myself with success. I have no problem paying for advice but this firm turned cold toward me when they realized I wasn't going to throw tons of money at them for the filing. They did a great job making me feel like they were doing me a favor and even that I was a nuisance. I could never recommend them.
