Quality of Care / Quality of Life…read more I came to this facility because of the high recommendations. I deal with neck pain that would sometimes force out of bed at 3am and I would have to sleep sitting up to make the pain go away. Ever since I started coming to this facility, I have not had that problem any more. I am currently still rehabilitating my neck but the progress has been excellent! I can sleep until it's time to go to work. That's something I won't take for granted anymore. The staff are brilliant and fantastic! Rose and Ziba work at the front desk and are sincere, sweet and extremely helpful. They make sure you're informed of everything you need to know and are on top of your appointments. Rose also steps in to help you with exercises when needed. Very knowledgeable and reliable. Venki, is the PT. He does an excellent job communicating in the sense of seeing where you are. He'll always ask if you feel okay from stretches to make sure there is no discomfort. I really like that we have conversations on the possible triggers of the neck pain and always proposes solutions. Dr. Andrew, provides the chiropractic care of the therapy. Filled with personality. Makes you laugh while giving me major insight into my injury. Never rushes you, encourages questions and makes sure you leave satisfied. I enjoy the fact that he helps me to understand my condition better than the other doctors I have been with. He educates me on that. I truly appreciate that! Finally, Glenn works with me on training. He gives me exercises to make my neck and the muscles around my neck stronger. Very insightful and knowledgeable. He explains the purpose of the exercises while pointing out what each muscle group does while I perform them. If I have difficulty understanding something, he'll explain it to me in a different way. Overall, I find the entire staff to be compassionate, attentive, professional, intelligent and committed! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out. They care about helping people get better. You'll see it from how you are greeted on your first visit. So far, the quality of care I have received has led to a better quality of life because of them. I highly recommend this place! Jahn G.

I started going to Worlo Acupuncture back in July of 2025. I went to see if they could treat a…read moretrigger finger because nor meds, nor therapy, nor ointments helped. I explained what was wrong with my hand. They listened to me. I pulled up both pant legs and one shirt sleeve. Then he proceeded to put the needles in me. I actually thought it would hurt. But I really felt next to nothing. I sat with the needles in me for about an hour and a half. During this process, I experienced something I never expected. I felt so relaxed. My breathing was relaxed and there was so much less pain in my trigger finger. Then he tells me to flex my finger. I was so afraid. But I did it and I could flex my trigger finger. This alone took me by surprise. The swelling went down and I left Worlo in such a fantastic BODY mood if that makes any sense. They are very economical and are very busy. You absolutely need an appointment. You can thank me later.

This is my family's go-to for acupuncture…read more Acupuncture is very compatible with my sister, this is just her body type, whether it is a simple stiff neck or one of those times like when she wakes up paralyzed and has to be carried to Worlo. She would go to Dr. Cho once in a while, and she would literally be walking out as if nothing ever happened. I can't say I don't envy that because my body type just requires more visits (a lot more). I never thought I would also wake up with a (very) stiff neck.. It was so bad that it was impossible for me to do just simple tasks. Both my shoulders were pulled together towards the center, and the pain just sucked. My sister highly recommended this place, and I had a total of 10 visits, twice a week. If you're hesitating about Eastern/Oriental/Traditional Chinese Medicine, here's my feedback: 1. Go when the pain first rouses 2. Receive persistent treatments (see it through the end to see how compatible it is with your body) 3. Take the doctor's recommendation I don't think they take Medicaid here, but judging by the amount of elderly, you can tell the quality of the service. (Always listen to your grandma). The front desk is very friendly, she's attentive, and she helps you diligently with your appointments and your payment methods. I highly recommend this place. Be sure to take the advice and go when you have the pain!
