Think carefully before bringing your child here for acne treatment, no matter how many positive…read morereviews you read--that was the mistake I made with my daughter. Their approach might help someone with the occasional pimple or mild acne, but they treat every case the same, regardless of severity. I paid $250 to start treatment and $57 per visit, only to find out later that my daughter actually needed antibiotics, something they don't provide. I wish I had asked more questions and researched their methods better beforehand. The staff working with patients are not licensed estheticians--they're just trained employees. One of them aggressively attempted to extract my daughter's acne, leaving her with scarring. I deeply regret bringing her here and wasting that money. Please take your child to a licensed dermatologist--someone qualified and properly trained to treat skin conditions safely.

I made an appointment for a lymphatic drainage massage for my boyfriend and I. It was his first…read moretime I've done it before somewhere else. But this was our first time trying this place out because it kept popping up on my ig page. We asked a lot of questions on the call with Kathy I believe her name is not sure anymore, tried to get as much info on the type of massage it was and what they provided. Long story short we get there and finish our massage and it was a very short basic and simple "Brazilian massage". Now the girl was explaining that we first had to do this one to do the wood therapy one which I was super confused about because I had specifically told the girl on the phone that's what I wanted, anyways point is my bf and I were so surprised and unhappy with the massage we got the girls were literally barely applying pressure it was something I could've done on myself but what made the experience worse was that I was under the impression we would get more for the price we paid. We ended up paying $340 /$170 each for that stupid massage that didn't do much. I tried calling and talking to the same girl who scheduled our appointment again to let her know we were very disappointed after we left and for the price it felt almost unjust. She didn't do much to help tried over explaining how we have to go back to get another massage for wood therapy. Point is I had very high expectations for this place and really wanted to comeback but I was very very dissatisfied with the service we received and felt bad for having my bf pay $300 dollar for something so stupid we had to go book another massage elsewhere that same day!! I was upset at the fact that the lady over the phone didn't explain to us well what it was we would get or what to expect for the price we were paying for. If I had known I would've never booked there. Another thing I noticed after we left was that on their ig page they had posted an ad pricing one session for $95 yet we paid $170ea so that was something I was confused about too. Overall unhappy with how they operate their business.

I had a facial with Itzel, and it was among the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments I've experienced. She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive, taking the time to thoughtfully assess my skin and customize the treatment to its specific needs, without resorting to unnecessary or pushy upselling. My complexion felt deeply refreshed, radiant, and noticeably healthier afterward. I also received Botox from Angie, whose expertise, precision, and artistic eye inspired complete confidence. I must admit, it was the best decision ever! I had originally made a Botox appt and after reviewing my responses I got a call explaining how the Botox would not really make a difference on my wedding day and recommended another option for me. I thought that was great given that I'm VERY new to this facials and Botox stuff. Upon getting there the location is in a good visible spot and easy to park. The front desk girl was very pleasant and the office smelled nice and is very clean (HUGE plus). I was then greeted by Itzel. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and I liked that she explained everything she was doing. For a first timer like myself who lacked beauty treatment knowledge, I felt Itzel did a great job at explaining step by step what was being done and what it was for. I also did the IV therapy. It was a 10/10! With the hours I work and the lack of sleep and nutrients this was an additional booster I needed. I felt energized and felt like it completed my day!

During my first appointment, I waited and knocked but got no response. When I called, the therapist realized she had forgotten to schedule me. She felt bad and arrived 20 minutes later, offering a complimentary 30-minute massage. It was decent for 20 minutes, but the last 10 were spent trying to put on my faja, which was quite amusing. On the second day, I had to inform her about the pain I was experiencing since she was only focusing on my stomach. She suggested I keep my drains until Monday, but I left feeling pain and without any relief, missing that 'ahhh' feeling. My husband, hearing my discomfort, found Downey Skin & Body Therapy Clinic, which was open on the weekend. I made an appointment and was pleasantly surprised by what I encountered--WOW, it was incredibly relaxing, and the comprehensive session was out of this world. She also recommended removing my drains to prevent any complications. Additionally, I got my stage 2 faja, which I didn't even know I needed. I left feeling relieved--no more drains and a significant improvement. I've just scheduled my next appointment. Two thumbs up! I highly recommend this place; Lizet, you're amazing!
