We cannot say enough good things about Ray and his team. What started as a big project turned into…read moresomething truly life-changing for our family. Our son uses a wheelchair, and before this renovation our home was honestly very difficult for him to navigate. We relied on temporary ramps and awkward workarounds just to get him in and out of the house. We wanted to make our home fully accessible, but we were worried it would end up looking institutional or awkward. Ray completely exceeded our expectations. He redesigned and rebuilt all of the concrete in both our front and backyard as well as the driveway, raising and adjusting the grades so everything is ADA compliant with smooth ramps and proper transitions. He also added new walkways that didn't exist before, making it possible for our son to easily access every door of our home. The most incredible part is that Ray managed to make everything functional without sacrificing the beauty or charm of our home. The ramps blend so naturally into the design that they honestly just look like part of a beautifully planned landscape. Instead of looking medical or industrial, the house actually looks even better than it did before. The project also included removing several very large trees, re-landscaping, and completely repainting the exterior of our home, which tied everything together perfectly. Ray was professional, communicative, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire process. His crew was friendly, respectful, hardworking, and efficient, and they kept everything very clean while working on such a large project. Most importantly, our son can now move around our home independently and comfortably. That alone means everything to our family. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Ray to anyone looking for quality work, creative design, and a contractor who truly cares about the people he's helping.

May's Remodeling is AWESOME! Matt, the owner, was referred to us by some friends. We were planning…read moreon a kitchen remodel, and had met with at least 5 other contractors before meeting with Matt. We instantly like him, got a great feeling about him, and had already seen the quality work he'd done for some friends. We hired him for a full kitchen and bath remodel. He met with us again to make sure he understood everything we needed, and provided us with a comprehensive bid for labor. All material costs were passed thru directly, no mark-up, and he always kept receipts as back up. As we continued to add to the project (as is prone to happen), Matt was upfront with us and told us what would add time/cost. His final bill was EXACTLY what we expected, NO SURPRISES. Matt is so good, that his estimated timeline was correct, to the day! Everyone at May's Remodeling is honest and trustworthy. I never gave it a second thought about leaving him and his crew alone in my house all day. They took superb care of my house and everything in it. As they knew we were living in the house still, they took extra care to clean up after themselves each day, so we could come home to a clean house. The quality of work from May's Remodeling is TOP NOTCH! I had contractor friends and other vendors compliment me on how good the work was. May's Remodeling doesn't cut corners - they do it right, the first time. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, some might describe me as OCD....I never once had to follow-up with Matt on the quality of his work. His business card should say that he's a tile and drywall ninja! He's that good! Matt was always reachable by phone. He went out of his way to make the remodel easy on us. He stopped by on a Sunday with his dolly to help us move appliances, he spotted things that should be fixed, and offered to fixed them. And after we moved back in, he's made himself available for any touchups that were needed. If you are ever in the market for a remodel, please check out May's Remodeling. As soon as I've saved up a little money, I'm going to have them back out to start on my master bath!

Matt transformed our house into exactly what we wanted!…read more We purchased our home, fully planning on remodeling the entire place. We got at least 4 bids: 1 from a personal referral, 1 from someone we had used before, 1 from someone my husband struck up a conversation with at home depot, and 1 from yelp (May's Remodeling). From the beginning, Matt and Jay came in, walked through our home, asked alot of great questions, and made some good recommendations. When we got our bids back, they were not the lowest and not the highest. Ultimately, we decided to go with them based on their thoroughness and the fact that they would be the ones doing the work, not subcontracting out to a bunch of other people. During the remodel, Matt was there almost every single day, working from early morning to evening. My husband and I would come a few times a week, check-in, make decisions, bring materials, and every time, Matt was there. What I appreciated most about Matt was that as we moved along, inevitably there were changes we wanted, and he never shied away from doing something, even if it was a little more work, if it made sense for us in the long run. For example, adding more switches, insulating some walls, moving plumbing, etc... We felt he had our happiness and satisfaction as top priority, and his change rates were very reasonable. We've now been moved into our new home for a little over 2 months, and all seems well. There's definitely alot more I could say, but I'll let the pictures speak from here. We are very happy and satisfied we went with May's Remodeling. If you're reading this review, then hopefully you'll make the same decision we did and go with this highly-rated and well-deserving yelp business!

I'm constantly chasing for updates and they promised project duration of 6-7 months it is now a year in and they haven't even gotten all the tiles in or any of the drywall. Everytime I visit on site during weekdays I never see anyone working there and they make up excuses saying they are waiting for approvals or they are out buying supplies like how have I visited the site over 10 times and never see anyone working there? They had all the audacity to ask me for remainder payment first when they aren't even done 40% of the work but claim they are 80% done!! From start to finish, I was very satisfied with everything. My ADU came out better than I could have imagined, and Naz is very detailed and professional. Before hiring him and during our home project process, I was impressed by how quickly he got back to me when I had questions. He always returned calls immediately or in a timely matter. It was an approximately 2-3-month period communicating back and forth with him before I made a decision to hire him. He was always professional and patient. I never felt pressured to hire him. In addition, he respected and acknowledged our specific requests before signing the contract which indicates his willingness to work with his customers. Naz communicated with us regularly regarding our project and no problems occurred during the work. Most importantly, there were no extra fees nor did he ever suggest that extra work was needed like other companies tend to do. He made sure we were happy with the end results. Naz and his crew are extremely easy to work with. We are very happy with the final project (2 room, 2 bathrooms and a new garage addition). I highly recommend ACD CORP for your construction needs whether it's remodeling, additions, or any type of work. We are very happy with our room additions and wouldn't hesitate to call him again! They were unwilling to extend the estimate through that process and also would not coordinate a reasonable anticipated start date. I was prepared to move forward, but it's difficult to responsibly commit to a significant construction project without reasonable certainty on pricing or scheduling.
