They treat EVERY single customer suspicious of a crime and thinks all customers who carry a full reusable blue bag from Superstore intends to steal their cheap makeup and merchandise and have their incompetent insecurity team follow regular customers, as manager's lame excuse of its location being in a "vulnerable area". They thought I was gonna steal a cat-shaped kajal black gel eyeliner and their fresh-of-the-boat shop and INsecurity staff who speak little to no english at all from an impoverished third world country known for doctors and engineers and designated shitting streets, low trust society , just because I was hyperfocused on one product due to my neurodivergence and carrying a superstore used blue reausable bag. I asked the paki-beauty advisor who have seen me and remember me if I was being profiled as a criminal because their insecurity guard keep following me. He communicated it was a "misunderstanding" and they two communicated in a foreign language which did not help the situation and the insecurity guard didn't stop following me which made me feel like I am being targetted for just shopping and window shopping. I paid my eyeliner sharpener and eyeliner costing less than 6 cad$ total. I told the customer service person about the unacceptable treatment and profiling and he apologized. I told this employee that I do not get treated poorly at more expensive and luxury stores like Chanel and they do not even sell precious luxury items to justify their poor treatment. 2 days after, I called that branch to complain and follow up but their employees acted as if my legitimate customer complaint was inconveniencing their work and hanged up on me whle I was calmly speaking and told me that my business is not welcome there because they were butthurt that somebody has called out their uncivilised and inappropriate customer treatment. I do not recommend visiting this branch because of the criminal activity happening and the gangster manner of its poorly trained, maladjusted and incompetent, inefficient in time management employee. If you cannot handle complaints by customers, the lifeline of your business and why you have this job in the first place, please self-deport to where you once came and never get employment in customer service where professionalism and competence are very important. Do not tell customers they are bothering your work because your failure to plan and execute your job duties are horrible and you cannot handle high level customers who are not there to be criminals. Do you understand? Shout out to that Russian-accent women on the phone who toned policed me and complained to me about her bad time management. Please go back to serving Mother Russia. I walked into this location through one of the indoor access is, with a large envelope in my arm. One of the associates spotted me and assumed I was looking for a post office, and she so politely and sweetly said that they didn't have a post office there, but started giving me directions on where the closest one was and asking me if there was anything else she could help me with. Wow! I think her and asked her for other things I was looking for in her store, and she cheerlead brought me around the store, personally showing me where the items were located. Again, this has never happened to me! This store is so clean, so brightly lit, so well laid out, and everything is so easy to find. The staff were incredibly friendly and smiling and wishing me a good day. The only negative I could find was that I didn't get to interact with a live person at the checkout, they are all self-serve checkouts. If you are downtown, looking for a fully stocked and fully friendly drugstore with a huge variety of items, this is the place!

The staff was very informative and told me to go try my luck at their competitor which is a few blocks down. Their service is definitely better than their competitor. They do have sales here and there. The store is basic but it is what you would expect to see at a pharmacy.
