The wait time for prescription pick-up can reach up to 25-30 minutes, but this is mostly at busy times and only due to administrative requirements so it doesn't reflect the staff's work at all. My tip is to set yourself up online so you can order your prescriptions in advance and have a speedy pickup. I've had my prescriptions set up at both this Pharmaprix and the Uniprix further down south on St-Charles. The service is without a doubt better at this location.

The glasses were fine, but the person helping me gave me the wrong prescription for contact lenses, and then continually told me that I wasn't experiencing the vision issues that I was. I had to go back several times to check this, and it became so onerous that I just bought a very expensive set of lenses that do not work for me. So I am wearing them and having headaches and blurry vision. I will not return to Zyeu. The service was bad in almost every way.
